    I was assisted by "Levi" he unfortunately was not very knowledgeable and pretty unprofessional. There was another lady (not the manager, she had left early with a family emergency) there that sounded like she knew her stuff but she was busy the whole hour and a half helping another customer. I came in because another AT&T store (out of town) ordered me the wrong phone. That other AT&T rep made a mistake and had the wrong phone shipped to me and he wasn't able to catch it before the overnight shipping process had already started. He told me to go to my local AT&T store once I received the phone and they would help me exchange it. He told me not to open the new phone. So I did as advised. My local store is the Lake City AT&T where I explain what happened in detail and hand the unopened phone to Levi (Clifton) and he proceeds to open the phone. He "inspects" the brand new phone. THEN he tells me he has never heard of being able to exchange a shipped phone from another store. To which I respond, well why would you open it?! If you knew you couldn't help me why would you open it? Makes zero sense. Now I have an opened brand new phone covered in Levi's finger prints that I have to deal with. He also told me I would have to pay a $55 restocking fee! For a mistake that another AT&T store associate made. WHAT? He said I should call customer service. So I go outside and call them. The lady Zena (absolutely incredible!) tells me that he can do it and she can talk to him and walk him through the process or she can email me a label and she can have me do it myself. (She also assured me there would be no $55 restocking fee for something that was not my fault. She said he should know that.) I did not want Levi's help because he was confused and apparently not trained correctly. In the same visit while I am outside on the phone with customer service, my mom had questions about her new Samsung Galaxy S21 regarding the battery and why it wasn't holding a charge very long. She bought the phone 6 days before this encounter with Levi. He told her she would have to file an insurance claim. He also didn't know how to remove the SD card from her old galaxy S9. It is sad that he is able to try to help customers when he is so clueless. So my advice if you have to deal with him and not one of the ladies, you are better off staying home and calling customer service. Ps. The customer service rep Zena told me that when you purchase a new phone it has a 1 year warranty for anything that is not accidental. Meaning the battery not holding a charge would be a warranty claim and free of charge. Levi told my mom she would have to meet her deductible and file an insurance claim. BEWARE OF FALSE INFORMATION AT THIS LOCATION!!

    Not Good. The service was not good after spending $1300+ for 2 IPhones. I felt rushed and they said they couldn't get my late Mom's pictures off my flip phone on to my new Iphone. The next day I went to Live Oak AT&T and they were able to do it.
