    First attempt at this store we were told there were plenty of the phone we wanted in stock. Come back half an hour later with the necessary photo ID and they had three phones in stock, none of which were what we wanted. Why lie about your stock? The amount of effort it took to get my elderly, disabled mother into your store TWICE to find out the first associate lied and you didn’t even have what we needed? Ridiculous. Will never set foot in this store again.

    Samantha was rude and dismissive this morning. I went in with a screen cover that I did not purchase at the store and she proudly informed me that she could not touch that, would not touch that and then she looked at the other two young men Anthony and Keith and said you don’t want to touch it either do you? I explain to her that I would not hold her responsible it was a three minute fix. Normally I will purchase my accessories there, I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and have had my screen covers changed there multiple times and have commented extensively about how wonderful the customer service has been. I understand you’re trying to make money off of your products but when you have three employees sit there doing nothing, the store is completely empty why not shoot for a little customer satisfaction rather than making me leave there frustrated and disappointed well three of your employees are doing absolutely nothing and I have no desire to reach out and do me a little favor. So very disappointed in AT&T’s lack of ability to provide customer service this Sunday morning.

    I just switched from Verizon to AT&T four days ago because of their customer service and I am BEYOND upset with the service we have received at the Palm Coast Store. I purchased 3 phones, 1 of the phones had to be shipped and when my Mother went in to have her old Verizon phone number re-ported to the new AT&T phone, Darryl at the Palm Coast store REFUSED to help her through it. Instead, he insisted she call me - while I'm at work, in between meetings having a VERY busy day and have 0 time to deal with this right now - and made me do HIS job of calling customer service to have the phone rerouted. I don't understand how the store who sold us 2 of the 3 phones was able to do all that work themselves, switch Verizon numbers to AT&T numbers with ZERO work on my end, yet this guy Darryl couldn't and REFUSED to help her. I don't have time for this nonsense. You have my approval to transfer the number to the account - I bought the damn phone - so DO IT. Oh I'm so angry right now. I expect an immediate call from the store manager at this location.

    I stopped in to exchange a USB charger for the second time in 4 months!
    I don’t know what his name was cause he never told me nor gave me a new receipt.

    He asked for my I D, phone # and what was the issue...that’s it!
    I sat in silence for 10-15 min or so, while he did whatever on his tablet... wrapped the old one with a rubber band and said here ya go... your all set!
    I said that’s it... no explanation of why it breaks etc.
    Am I gonna have to exchange every other month?!
    He said I don’t know... I’ve had mine for several years and works fine! What do u want me to say?

    My issue is... He is a “Customer Service Rep”

    Your job is to make customers happy in a communicative kind way!!!

    Like... that’s weird, we’ve never had any problems with these USB, ???, etc???
