Absolute worst customer service. We ordered (10) new iPhones last week. We were told that they would ship out next day. The store screwed up the address and there have been (3) failed delivery attempts to (3) different wrong addresses. We needed these phones for business very quickly. When I called into the store to speak to Patrick (who represented himself as the store manager), he blamed it on the carrier and said there was nothing he could do as the promotion ended. I told him I want to talk to my business account manager- and he told me he would get the info to me that evening or at the latest first thing next morning. I never heard from him. After several days, calling into the store leaving messages with employees that I need a call back from him - I still never heard from him. I finally reached him on the phone and he ignored all the messages I left with other store employees. He again stated that there is nothing he, nor his manager can do. I had to basically beg him to give me his managers contact info - and he reluctantly gave me his email address. I don’t have high hopes I will even hear from his manager. Terrible customer service after years and years of being a loyal customer. - October 4, 2021

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from start to finish! I went in and was stopped at the front to "check-in". I told them I was there to purchase a new phone, mine didn't work. He told me to wait in the car and he would call or text me (there were 2 customers in the entire store). I explained that he could not call or text me, because as I indicated upon my arrival, I had no phone service. He reluctantly allowed me to sit inside. When the young lady called my name to help, she could not have been less interested in even helping me if she tried. I told her what kind of phone I had, and that I wanted to purchase a new one ASAP. After staring at me for a few minutes, she told me that they no longer make my Note 10+. Okay, so I asked her what she had that was comparable so that I could get as many of my notes, files, etc., transferred without loss as possible. Again, blank stare, followed by "we are selling the new fold-over phones". Okay, I don't want a fold-over, what else would be easily transferred? Dead silence, literally...eye roll and dead silence. I then inquired about transfer of programs and content to the new I phone 13 Pro....confusion and annoyance. Finally she tells me that there is a Note 12 updated version of the Note 10+, which is what I inquired about at the beginning! She shows it to me, I tell her perfect, I don't care what color, I just want it. Simultaneously I ask if they will transfer everything for me, I don't want the self transfer app., I want them to do it, even if I have to pay for it. Annoyed she nods yes. I say great, let's do it....she says, as if bored to death; "I can go check, but we don't have any of these phones in stock, I will have to send out for one" The absolute best $325 I have ever spent was by driving across the street and having the awesome, attentive and smart owners of the Cell Phone Repair Store fix my phone and replace the entire back and LCD issues, in 2 hours. Apparently this store location has zero interest in selling phones or helping their AT&T customers. Not one person I encountered seemed happy, vibrant, or have any interest in being helpful! We currently have 5 phones, 2 I-pads, 2 watches, internet, Direct TV and the NFL Ticket with AT&T, and have been with them for 20+ years - we are re-thinking this loyalty!Response from AT&TOctober 5, 2021Hello Mary E, Your experience in our store matters to us.
