Well, there’s been quite the struggle trying to do a simple upgrade with a trade in. We’ve had to make two trips so far and things still aren’t figured out. I completely understand hiccups in systems and not having the authority to do certain things, but this was just dealt with so poorly. My husband went in last night and got everything set up for me to pick up in the morning. Apparently the employee who helped him yesterday didn’t have authorization to complete the sale, they needed a manager. I gave a severely autistic 2 year old, so my husband told the employee he would like to get everything set up so it would be a quick in and out trip for me to pick everything up (my husband also wanted to get me the air pod pros and an Apple Watch as a gift so those were set aside too). Anyways I made the trip there and was told I’d have to come back, that there were still hiccups but that he was in an hour wait list to get it settled and that as soon as he did he’d call me to come pick everything up. He was very kind and while it was frustrating because my son and I made the trip, I still said okay and went home. Four hours later, still no call, so I decided to check up on the process. This time the young woman who was there answered and was just incredibly rude. I can genuinely say I’ve never dealt with an employee who talked to people like that. When I said I was calling to check up on the process she immediately made me feel like a bother, told me “he’s been busy all day” but in an extremely snappy tone. My husband at this point has had enough and told me if things weren’t settled by this time that he wants to cancel our account all together and get a refund for the items he did already pay for from the store. So I informed the female employee that he would be on his way for a refund because we are just going to cancel and go with another carrier (we know they can’t cancel our line in store, but we still wanted our money back for the items they had on hold for us that we wouldn’t be getting) and the female employee said “I wouldn’t do that if I were because we can’t help him here.” My husband is going in anyways because it’s not right that they won’t be able to refund him for items purchased in store such as a phone case, glass cover, etc.
I just wanted to let you guys know because while she was awful to experience dealing with, the other gentlemen we worked with were kind. It’s just unfortunate how one employee can leave an incredibly bad memory for a customer on the store in it’s entirety. - November 1, 2021

The customer service provided by staff is outstanding. Deven answered all of my questions and made selecting the best iPhone to meet my needs easy. He looked into options for upgrading our plan as well as any discounts I qualified for and got my new phone all set up in a timely manner. When I returned to the store later that day with a concern, Deven and Lillie both worked diligently to solve it. I highly recommend this AT&T store!
