I wanted to trade in my device for an 11 Pro Max and while the gentlemen was building my quote, I told him I wanted to be on the $75 plan, which he verbally confirmed he was doing. I was overall pretty happy with the service I was provided until I went home and signed into the app. Not only was I placed on a plan I did not ask for, but an insurance plan was on my account as well. At no point in the interaction, was I asked if I wanted insurance so I wasn’t given the chance to decline. Im pretty disappointed as I had high expectations because this store has raving reviews. I’ve worked in this type of environment and it’s important to build that relationship with a customer so they come back to your store and do business with you again. I know commission is important but so is honesty. I was planning on coming back and adding three more lines to my account but I will not be returning to this store because I can’t seem to trust them with my account without adding stuff or telling me to my face that they’re doing something and then doing something totally different than what I asked. The gentlemen helping me was friendly, don’t get me wrong but maybe next time, don’t try to screw over somebody for your personal gain. I’m not an idiot, I can check the app and see what’s going on. I hope other individuals don’t have this same experience, please make sure to ask for a receipt or something so you know what’s going on!! - February 5, 2020

I’ve been in this store many times, for many different scenarios. Of all the many scenarios, I’ve always ended with satisfaction and amazing customer service! There was only one occasion where I was not happy with one employee, but after speaking to the manager and refusing to deal with him again problem solved. Overall they are great at what they do. Sometimes the wait can be a minute, but it’s equal for each customer so really can’t complain.
