Store manager Eric is rude and verbally abusive. He exploded at me for asking him to repeat what he said, since it was so heavily accented in Spanish I couldn't understand what he was saying. He also continually contradicted himself. Terrible customer service. - June 5, 2021

The manager Eric Flores is one of the worst representatives ATT could have employed. He has absolutely no customer service skills and goes from normal to deranged faster than Christopher Walken. My phone was over heating on the first hot day of the summer and was acting slow. When I came into the store, there was no one available to help (probably need more staffing) and the security guard was the one that had to direct me to a station. I waited about 5 minutes and Eric finally came out. He told me that it might be a half an hour wait since there were no employees available, I quickly asked if he could just feel the phone to confirm it was hot to the touch. He took it and instantly said they would start an insurance claim. My phone is less than a year old and so I asked why it wouldn't be warrantee. He said "It's cracked and I'm not taking it for warrantee". The back of the phone is cracked on the glass, but it would have no baring with how it's overheating, so that made no sense to me. I asked why he wouldn't and he repeated that he's not putting a warrantee claim in without any other explanation and with attitude. I told him, I'm not trying to argue I just want to know why it wouldn't be under warranty. Since he was unable to explain I asked if I could just speak to the manager, he moved his lapel and said "I am the manager." At this point he got irate, and said I'm not having this discussion you can leave the store I'm kicking you out. He motioned for the security guard to come, and at that point I said I was leaving after I asked for his name. That man needs psychological help. - March 26, 2021

I definitely needed an upgrade from my 6S I Phone. I was introduced to David Ruiz and assured he would help me. And -- he certainly did. He patiently explained the features of the newer phones and guided me through the process of choosing a model to best fit my needs. David then worked on the financials considering a trade in and possible ATT discounts. He explained a switch to paperless billing which is a significant monthly cost savings. My monthly bill will actually be less than my current charge and include the cost of my new phone divided over a 36 month period. However, what I most appreciate is that David was patient and cordial throughout. He welcomed my questions and then helped significantly with both the phone and my account set up. ATT is fortunate to have this pleasant and competent young man working for them.
