Every time anyone on our plan needs an upgrade, it causes some anxiety, honestly; we know it will cost us a ton of time and money. We also needed the phone ASAP b/c the old one was completely not working. We were so happy that for the first time EVER, the store rep, Muhammed, was able to find a way for us to save money and we were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes via the Loyalty Program! Muhammed was so kind and pleasant; he ensured that all of our needs were met. We really felt like, for the first time, we were getting EXACTLY what we wanted and, without even knowing it, Muhammed was able to notify us of greater, cheaper options out there as Loyalty Customers. The best part was we had a brand new, working phone less than one hour after purchase. Needless to day, we will definitely be going back to this store when Muchammed is working! - August 4, 20201 out of 5Zero starts! I never felt so DUPED in my life!! Insurance for my phone was NEVER discussed yet a charge of $20 was added to my bill. There was a random charge for $5 per month for "Next up Feature" again NEVER discussed. I still don't know what that is. I was fast talked into "AUTO PAY" and there was supposed to be a credit of $10 per line savings. Yes indeed my bill was auto payed but there were NO credits applied (should have totaled $30). It turns out that you have to sign up for "Paperless" in order to qualify...again NEVER explained. I was told that a new "unlimited" plan would actually save me money and that my monthly bill would go down. My monthly bill has increased OVER 50%. The store was almost empty at the point of purchase and I was not in a hurry so there were no TIME issues. I feel completely ROBBED and intentionally misinformed. AT&T strikes again! You should be ashamed of yourself. When I called to question my bill I was transferred 4 times and ultimately told to call the store. When you call the store... guess what? Upon my arrival at the store this morning, I presented my phone ... and the young man was able to solution what my issue was and BAM 💥 I was on my way with my phone fully operating again.
