    Persistence is key! 4th visit in the store & we were able to speak with someone who assisted us with getting our issue resolved. I had to do further research through the customer sales support line to get the required information, but we finally walked out content! Thank you for finally hearing our concerns!

    Original post: Was sold an iPhone that had been previously sold to a fraudulent account. (Making it refurbished) The phone had charging issue and then our line got blocked! The manager denied any wrong doing. I got all of this information by speaking to sales support over the phone. Took my money and provided awful service.

    Sales support said he most definitely could have helped us out!

    Spent 2 hours on the phone with att before I was told just go get A sim card and call us back..
    we went in there and we had to wait because there was only one technician working. The manager informed me that someone will be with us because he was busy trying to fix the TV that check people in. When the tech was finished with the customer in front of us he asked me what the issue was I told him let me just explain my situation I'm very frustrated with AT&t I've spent two hours on the phone with them and after all they didn't help me in they told me that all I needed was to get my account number and pin from my previous carrier or go get a SIM card. So I got the account number and pin called them back and they've then informed me that all I needed was just to go get a sim .. so I tried to get a sim and before I wasnt even done explaining this two seconds into my telling the tech he said I know why you're frustrated... I said how could you know you're interrupting me he was very rude and then the manager came over and was very rude because also I had told him that I had come into the store before previously and bought a SIM card and he said no no you haven't... so he called me a liar basically, and the manager came over and I asked him if he's going to let his employee talk to me like that and he said you know what we don't got time to deal with this lady, so I'll just give her one to get her out of here we don't have time to deal with her. I said I'll pay for it. He returned said no and gave it to me..

    Now I've been an ATT customer for over 8 years with at least 2 phones but up to 4 at a time..
    And the manager don't have time to deal with me... In total together spent no more then 5 minutes with me..

    I guess my 8 years of buisness isn't worth your time...

    The manager treated me like crap and told his employee in front of me and my daughter that they don't have time for me....

    I really hope someone reaches out to me about this matter or I will be finding another carrier.

    And as the manager was working with the screen so he could check people in he was asking the tech who was busy with a customer, while 2 of us are waiting or turns, what was on the screen? It's it on the dmi?

    He needed to get down and look. The tech was with a customer!

    Tried everything I could to get my sister's voicemail working on her iPhone. Eventually sent her to a store since I live in Colorado. Did they help? No. "Call 611". Didn't even try. Where was that "I can help you with that" attitude? Gave her undivided attention as they walked her right out the door without even trying. Embarrassing customer service. I guess when you don't seem like a sale, you can't get help. Be better, Lafayette AT&T.
