- November 27, 20193 out of 5Great customer service from Store Associate (Emily). Friday 11/22, my wife and I went to this store for new phones. They didn’t have any colors that we wanted however associate Emily informed us that they should have them early next week. She took my wife’s info and she left her a message Sat 11/23 that they had received the phones so an appointment was made for Mon. 11/25. We purchased two phones , I phone 11 and an 11Pro. Also purchased a cradle charger as well. Total cost of over $2000.00 which we paid in full. Got home and checked the bag today We’d. 11/27 and the boxes our phones came do not have the chargers or the ear buds. Called the store, explained the situation to a nice man (Lamont) and he took my info for someone to help . I received a call in just a few moments from the Store Manager Kelly, and this is where the the good customer service ended. She explained that she couldn’t do anything to help stating this was an Apple issue. I tried to explain that we wrote a check to her business, not Apple and it was less than 3 days from purchasing, still no help. When I stated that maybe we should put a stop on the check she said I didn’t need to do that, I could just come to the store and she would issue us a credit. Unbelievable that she was not willing to even make a phone call or send an email to her business partners for a customer. We will handle this with Apple hopefully but I can state that we will not be back in this store for anything. Many of the reviews are not very flattering for this store and now I understand the other customers frustrations. Me and my friend have been waiting over an hour to be seen. We have asked what’s going on and they said that we only had two people in front of us. We have watched people who have came in after us go before us.
