    I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CALL OR RECEIVE CALLS ALL DAY, I AM GETTING EXTREAMLY MAD, I HAVE BEEN A WITH AT&T FOR A VERY LONG TIME, WHAT IN THE WORLD? I'M REALLY UPSET, I NEEDED TO CALL MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE, COULDN'T, NEEDED TO CALL AND CHECK ON MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER, NOTHING I EXPECT CHARGES OFF OF MY BILL!!

    The service there is horrible. Att should really bring back the service that was given when the building was by Federal street and not on Center Street. One would think a bigger building would mean have more in stock, more people to service customers, unfortunately, not the case at all. Now, while I understand the need to have greeters to put customers in cue as a first come first serve basis, the employees do not observe always apparently. The store does not need 4 greeters or floor managers, when you only have 3 people servicing. I'm pretty sure with pay rate being received these people ahould be cross trained enough to do more than just take a name. Going into this store is about like going into various government service places where you could swear you should be getting paid to just sit there like the person waiting on you,because a snail moves faster than them. Firstly, I would like to apologize for being rude to the one who tried to wait on me. She actually seemed to be doing the best she could, but when I arrived, I was told I was next , but apparently not the case. Someone else was called before I was. All 3 associates were tied up when I arrived. All 4 other employees were doing I don't know what. Standing over the other associates while they assisted customers like shadow day I guess. Meanwhile, I was not called next. One associate was done with her customer. Shadow person took her to show her something. Other associate got tied up with the one woman who had family come in like a family reunion, but that associate was done as well before the 3 associate was , yet still I was not waited on. So, by the time the last one was done, I was called. Meanwhile the people who arrived after me seemed to get associate help Asap. That is truly crazy. So, when Att says they care about their customers, then they should really show it by providing faster service, because it has really went down hill. Sorry not sorry. Service can be better.

    worst customer service in history!!! My ex co worker I say ex because our factory just shut down after we have worked their 20 years anyway she is 62 years old her son was found dead in his car right after her lay off so she used her severance to pay for the funeral I found this program online to get 50 dollars off your bill and walked her thru it and yea she got the email she qualified it said take the email to your provider to show them you qualify she went to the madisonville store with her email they said that wasn't there job they couldn't help her she called me while there almost in tears the man got on the phone i said why can't you help her said this is a retail store they don't do stuff like that there i said she is a little old lady can't you just help her or show her what she needs to do then a lady gets on the phone she says i am the manager and you can't talk to my employees like that I'm like why can't you all just help this poor little old lady she said we don't have the means to help her i said you don't have computers there i went to cricket with mine and even though they didn't do that they helped me with it and i was signed up before i left there. She said I'm tired of talking to you here is a number call them and tell them to help her cause we aren't I told the little old lady to come to my house and I would help her she came here i looked up a number online the man was very polite and said it was only available on internet or prepaid phones so this didn't help her so why couldn't the people at the att store help her oh my I will never go back to att and i will never ever recommend att to anyone not even my worse enemies i believe the prerequisite to working at att is you have to be rude and super rude

    My experience while visiting the store today. I signed in and was asked to sit in my car until someone was available and told there was one person ahead of me. I returned to my vehicle. Shortly a customer exited the business and left. A few minutes later a second customer exited the building and left. After waiting 40 minute I went back in the store to see how much longer it was going to be. There were only two employees in the area working with two customer that were there when I registered. The other three employees were in the back of the store in the office area. I asked the lady opening a drink if she knew how much longer it would. She responded, “when someone’s available.” At the point I had been waiting 40 minutes in my car wasting gas. I waited in the store another 15 minutes while the lady that responded, “when someone available” talked to another employee. The employee that did finally helped me was very nice and knowledgeable but stated she hadn’t had her break and was taking a break. This is unacceptable customer service. I am seriously considering changing providers.
