    Every time I am in this store it takes hours. We set up a business account in May and it took 4 hours. I went back in for my daughter's new phone and it took 2 hours. I went back in June because we were having issues with our service to learn that our business account had not even been set up properly. This visit took 4 hours for a manager to speak with me and not fix the problem. I had to go back in the next day (another 4 hours) so that the MANAGER could speak with the individual that "set up" my business account to be told that he would just go ahead and fix the problem. He then did not fix the problem but had another individual do the job for him. She was professional and did her job well despite the MANAGER coming out in the middle of her fixing the problem and flirting with her. She was clearly uncomfortable but still carried herself and the situation well. I don't know why it is so hard for them to make a successful business account but once I receive all of the correct account numbers to handle the problems online or over the phone, I will not be going into this store again. The manager is unprofessional and has no idea what he is doing. I am very disappointed in my service and my accounts. It should not take hours to solve a problem and it should not take hours or even days for a manager to handle said problem.

    Had a HORRIBLE experience today. After waiting 40 min, the rep was rude and when i asked his name I was told his name was not important. When I spoke to the manager I was told that they need to replace my SIM without even looking at my phone, and I would have to pay a $5 fee for the SIM. I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I do business with them again. Horrible customer service.

    Do not trust what they tell you. I was told my daughters phone qualified for a 1000 dollar off the IPhone 13. When they did the contract it came up 800 dollars off. They said it was a glitch and they couldn't fix it until the phone came in and we turned in the old phone. Went back and was told the old phone didn't qualify 😒. Didn't try to fix it just told me to call customer loyalty. On top of that they added next up to my phones after I told them I did not want it. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

    My 80 year old mother went in to buy a new phone and they told her the only way they would move her data from her old phone to a new phone was if she would change her cable TV from her current provider to ATT. She declined.. I Called the store to ask why and the manager says “it’s a courtesy not required”. EXACTLY!!!! Who else would need courtesy other than an 80 year old person!?!? She drives another 30 miles to another ATT store to get some “courtesy” help.

    Horrible customer service!! We went to upgrade our phones and the customer rep there couldn't tell me anything about the I phone we were interested in. He literally told me "They don't teach us about the product, only how to sell it." He went in the back to get the info for us and took so long we had to make another appointment for the next day. We arrived the following day on time for our appointment and we were told we had to wait; our customer rep was busy and nobody else could take us. Ok, so we wait... and wait... and wait. Half an hour later (and after several other customers leave) we go back in to find that our rep went to lunch and we'd have to wait for another rep to become available. Now I understand people have to have their breaks, but when I questioned why someone else couldn't help us instead I was informed that there were several other people waiting and we'd just have to be patient. I asked him what was the point of making an appointment if we would still have to wait for long periods of time and he just shrugged his shoulders at me. I said if I treated my customers the way this company did, I'd be out of business, to which he replied, "It's not my business, I just work here. We'll call you when someone's available.' So, out the door we went, across the sidewalk and into Verizon where we were helped immediately AND we got a better deal with better phones!! When we finally DID get the call to come back into AT&T, we were already getting our phones from Verizon switched over - I mean that's a ridiculous amount of time!! I've been an AT&T customer since 1994 and I have loyally stuck by them - no more. Hope this helps someone else avoid this awful place! You want really great customer service, go to Verizon right next door!!
