With the help of managers, all these people do is add lines to your account that you know nothing about. You call customer service and they tell you go back to point of sale. When you return in store their excuse is it’s too late to return phone or no one can explain why the new line is there. These people are SCAMMERS! You cannot go to your local store anymore and get the service YOU want as a customer. They try to tell you what’s best for you and in the end it ends up costing you a fortune. If you desire to only upgrade your phone it’s best to do it online. These people don’t want to help you unless you are adding additional lines on your plan.Response from AT&TJanuary 20, 2021Hi!
