Just leaving your location in walker la. The two gentleman you have working there seem like
They can’t be disturbed with customers. Their phones are set to go directly to voicemail. They are sitting there doing nothing. No customers in the store…but seemed very inconvenienced by my walking in to ask a question, that I tried several times to call in to ask over the phone about a phone upgrade. They made me feel like an idiot for not knowing every model of iPhones. Maybe I am stupid, but it’s bad business to make a customer feel like trash. Sorry I interrupted their rest time! Only gave them a star because someone there was able to figure out how to turn the lights on and unlock the door! from the manager, Brian, on down through the rest of the staff it seemed like that was all they were capable of. No, none whatsoever, customer service skills. Walked into store already having six lines, and just wanted to upgrade a line. Walked out with a new contract on a phone line i didn't have. didn't notice the mistake they made until i received my monthly statement. Immediately went back to store only to be told that there was nothing they could do. They are unable to cancel a contract said Brian with smug smirk. the incompetence of the management and staff at this location is unmatched. Brian has no business dealing with customers. His indifference and supposedly inability to resolve a customer complaints has me wondering why he is even there in the first place.
7 months it took to resolve this issue.
We have been with at&t for over 20 years, never had a problem that they weren't willing to fix until we walked into this store. very frustrating, save yourself the the trouble and go to Juban rd! Terrible service. We tried to use our local store to redeem a coupon that had been texted to us from a service representative. Even though the text had a scan bar on it, we were told that we would have to e-mail the coupon to the store to see if they would approve it? And this came from the manager of the store. My husband does not have an e-mail so he could not e-mail his. We were told that they would not honor his unless he e-mailed it. What??? It was a coupon from AT&T and even had our local store name and address written within the coupon as a suggested store. Sad to say, we will never use this store again due to lack of service. Two out of the three times I handle business at the walker location I was completely dissatisfied by the service I received from cashier Claudia F gave me at the store #0LE6. She was completely disrespect to me on 03/21/2021. She threw my money on the store floor as I was trying to pay my bill claiming I had threw my cash at her but the security cameras will prove different. She then instructed me to leave the store and never return. After I left the store I returned one minute later too get her name so I could make a complaint about her service but was told to leave the store or she would call the police.
