Not good.
I was a new “First Net” customer. My bill this month is $755.00
I had an AT&T plan for $120
Salespeople from this store came to my workplace (they did not have permission to be there/COVID). No visitors. I signed up in July 2021. Long story short they charged me for stuff I did not know existed~ and did Not want. It amounted to Fraud. Called AT&T and they told me I would would have to go into a store. The Manager - insisted the 3 salesman from this store had permission to be onsite. Told me he was fixing the bill and taking off the extra charges and would take back the watch. None of that happened and yet again am spending my free time with “First Net” AKA AT&T.
Beware- no one there cares if you are a First Responder.
Kevin- if that’s really you- you were not the Manager when I visited a couple months ago. Hello, I would like to express the excellent service I received from Edwin today at your Braintree location. He was very thorough, diligent, kind and excited to meet our needs. He has been the most helpful representative I’ve encountered since switching my phone company to AT&T. For months I’ve called customer service for my Trade-in credit that was never applied to my account. The subpar service from Trade-in support and customer service has left me frustrated for months with no accountability on AT&T’s end.
