    I was going to give this store 3 stars but after finding out what I just found out they are getting 1 star. I was looking to trade my phone in and get a new one so I stopped in and talked to Karl who was friendly and very knowledgeable. I came back in a few days later and Gissely helped me with my new purchase. She was also friendly and helpful. I then went back to the store with my new phone and she helped change everything over for me. That’s where the help stopped though. I went home afterwards and some of my pictures etc. had not transferred over. I spoke to the same guy two times throughout the day (I don’t know has name as he didn’t wait on me but he was in the store when I switched everything over). He said it could take 2-3 hours for everything to transfer and to just wait. After waiting over 5 hours I called again and he said he wasn’t able to help me unless I came back in. He said if I didn’t care about losing the pictures etc. then I could wait a few days to come in. Obviously I want to save the pictures on my phone. He also told me to contact Apple for help, which I’m not sure why as this issue had nothing to do with them, it was an A T & T issue. Passing the buck I guess. I felt like he was just trying to get me off the phone as fast as he could. He didn’t care whether my issue was resolved or not. Where’s the customer service? As I was heading back to the store I called again to see if they had sent in the phone I had traded and ended up talking to Gissely again. She didn’t have any idea how to help me either and didn’t offer me any advice on what to do. She said she could try to reboot/resync the phone but wasn’t sure if that would work. I ended up going back in on the same day and luckily there was someone there who actually cared about my issue and helped me right away. The advice he gave was simple and anyone else working there could have given me the same advice (over the phone) if they had just taken the time to listen. I unfortunately don’t know his name either as he wasn’t working when I came in the morning but I am so grateful he was there when I came back. To whoever you are thank you!
    I'm not sure if it's lack of knowledge or a lack of willing to help a customer but either way it’s not a good way to run a business. Then I found out today they added services to my account that I actually declined, like the insurance, and they signed me up for the Next Up program, which is optional, but they never even discussed this with me, they just added the service to my bill.
    It’s too bad a few bad apples ruin it for the whole bunch.

    Stay away!!! Have been going to Hanover store for many years. Experience truly depends on who is assisting you. Some truly want to help. Others are just in it for the quick sale. Stephanie gets very low marks in every facet of what a store manager should be. She is rude, condescending and accusatory. Neanderthal people skills. Her bio states she is passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer experience and making sure customers know how much they are values and appreciated. That statement could not be further from the truth. She is in need of some serious coaching by whomever is her boss.

    Be very careful Store reps will add services you did not ask for onto you bill. Daughter went in for a SIM card and left with Insurance added to her phone...…..
