Drove to this store to drop off an iPhone 13 with the return label as instructed by an ATT live chat agent. Took an hour to get to the store and all of the staff said NO (I'm the only customer at that time). Just confirmed with another ATT agent and he said the same thing that I can return at an ATT store. Came in to see how to get my screen fixed and was all but pushed out the door by an employee telling me to “go somewhere else” where that place is I don’t know. I have had nothing but immense difficulty with AT&T since I transferred my line to their service. I was misinformed about upgrade eligibility by being told I could take advantage of the opportunity at any point during the month. I went back the next day, not even 24 hours later, and I was told I needed to wait 6 months. After calling customer service to express my displeasure, I was given (again) the opportunity to upgrade. After 5 separate phone calls, I was given conflicting information (wait 90 days; only pay sales tax for upgrade; pay sales tax and down payment) and now am NOT able to upgrade my phone. If I was given the appropriate information upfront, this would never have been an issue. As a new customer, I have had an awful experience.Response from AT&TNovember 23, 2020Hi Colin.
