If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. AT&T is upgrading it's system and losing the 3G network, I was told because I had not bought my phone at the store the store worker would not help me do anything with my new phone which was having trouble connecting to the network. I managed to call ATT customer care and they paired my AMEI number with my sim card and the phone has worked perfectly. Would rather deal with a foreign person on a help line than be treated like I am not worthy of service at this store because they don't have a phone model that I like. I have been an ATT customer for 15 years and have Uverse so I actually am a good paying customer for the ATT network. Don't bother with this store if you have an AT&T prepaid plan, they will refuse to help you. - June 11, 2021

Beware! Purchased a phone for my 11 year old which was supposed to be on sale for $60. After continuing to be billed, I made several trips to the store and spent even more time on the phone with the useless 800 # trying to get resolution. The store employees are rude and anything but helpful. AT&T as a company is unprofessional. Don't hold your breath waiting on a call back from upper management. Expect to be billed and in turn. treated like dirt. I have now paid over $200 for this phone with $400 more to go. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. - December 22, 2020

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service and absolutely NO service after the sale. Purchased a wireless hot spot and returned it within a few days. Continued to get billed for it and when I went to the store to get it straightened out, they said I had to call the 800 number. When I called the 800 number, they said I had to go to the store. After multiple calls and multiple trips to the store, I continue to be billed. When I wanted to call the 800 number while I was at the store, the rude sales guy said , and I quote “Go ahead and call them, I can’t talk to them”. WHAT?! Then I find out that Brandon (the store manager) was in his office and never came out to help with a resolution. Returned the device in March. It is now December and it is still not resolved.
