I had a terrible experience at this location. Yesterday, Jan 16 I decided to buy a new phone and decided to return it today Jan 17 at 7:30pm at location since I was told I had 7 days to process a return in case I change my mind and by paying a restocking fee. I was helped by the store manager. She told me me I could not place the return at her store because my phone was bought at an AT&T corporate branch. What is that supposed to mean? Nowhere on my receipt says I can only process returns on certain stores. She simply refused to accept my return over made up policies and did not honor AT&T’s return policy. The phone is new with box and all its packaging and pieces bought within 24 hours. There was no customer service at all from her end, and it shows they only help you when there’s a sale involved. Excellent customer service!
In my situation, I was closing my brother's account who'd died. Early in the process, Rami kindly offered direction. In processing the details, Alexis was empathetic, professional and patient as we navigated the various parts of the AT&T world. If they hadn't helped me, I know I'd have had a very frustrating go of it!
