I purchased an Iphone pro 13 on 5/30/22. Delivery was scheduled, the phone was not delivered, no one could tell where the phone was, when it would be delivered or if my account had been refunded. Nick and Andrew the store managers did not follow up after multiple requests for assistance and blamed it on being to busy with new customers. What is the point of taking the time to go to a store if the managers are not interested in customer care. The managers of this store confuse friendliness with helpfulness. I use my phone for patient care; without it I can't provide customer care. Very Unfortunate. I am cancelling ATT wireless and Internet service and will find a service that can support its customers. - January 29, 2022

The most incompetent bunch of people working there that I couldn’t believe that AT&T hired people with so low intellectual capacity. The ugly girl in the glasses, not only did not help with the issue, but she wanted show the customers are ignorant. She sounded so idiotic that I couldn’t believe my ears. The manager, named Mohammed (or Hammid – definitely something Arabic) was even more rude that ugly girl in glasses. He instead of professionally help with the issue which his employee girl could resolve it, he become so irritated and become totally rude. All the people working their should be send to collect unemployment. I was AT&T customer for 20 years, however this people, at the Orchard Lake store in Farmington, gave me the motivation to sell all AT&T stocks and change the mobile provider. That’s how incompetent people bring even the largest company to its knees and most likely to its bankruptcy ! - January 25, 2022

Back in December after getting SEVERAL calls and text messages we were due for a upgrade. Went in and got 2 phones and was told they would be free. Come to find out we were lied to because I got charged $2000.00 for the phones, Come to find out I needed a trade in for the deal. I was NEVER told this.I had a trade in but it was only worth $15.00. I have been a AT&T customer for MANY years but am getting ready to cancel both my accounts due to this lie. We are retired and the last thing we could afford is phones we DIDNT need. We are VERY disappointed and they are losing a loyal customer. The guy at your store out and out lied to us. I will be sure to let as many people as I know about this so it doesnt happen to them. I guess I should have read the paperwork closer but I was going by what I was told by your employee. I am VERY unhappy with AT&T.

I’ve have had the pleasure of getting to know Xavier from the Orchard Lake Rd. & 14-mile store just recently, I can only say what a humble and KIND human being he is. Xavier is soft spoken, but more importantly he’s how every human/employee should ACT and behave, today. I joked with him he is destined to become a pastor, because he seems so well-mannered and mature.
He recently helped me, and I can tell he takes incredible PRIDE in his doing job the “right” way, and with very high morals. It was a pleasure to meet him; I can genuinely say AT&T you have a good employee on your hands, please take of him. My parents met at Ameritech (The old AT&T Inc) over 37+ years ago as salesman. It was ironic meeting Xavier because I can tell he takes pride in his job just like my parents, Dennis & Sandra Merlo. He’s a good employee, more important I can tell he’s a good man.
I highly recommend anyone to this store location and to work with Xavier.

Horrible customer service! The representative ordered the wrong phone that I asked for which everyone is human and it was ok, but the inability to help me with the replacement and the disrespect and racism which Zim an unrelated representative gave me was despicable and unacceptable! And on top of that the manager walked out and wouldn't speak with me at all to help resolve the issue of getting my refund.
