    Zero Stars. Horrible Experience from Management.

    This is my first time dealing with an iPhone and it’s software glitches. I only came to this location because it was recommended and I’m SICK about it. My phone was experiencing glitches and I came to the store to troubleshoot. Instead being helpful, the MANAGER rushed to only offer : buying a new phone(phone has no physical/ water damage,< 1old) OR factory resetting the phone. I asked multiple times did the settings in my phone look correct to restore after the reset and he assured me it did.

    Making this short: I did the reset and NOTHING restored. ALL of my work documents and contacts are gone with no way computer access during this time to get them back due to COVID. All the Manager, Aaron Hakala, could say is, “ I would have never done a factory reset if a gun was to my head” , Why would recommend me to do that then?!

    Not only was the manger eagerly able to sell my father a new cable package while he supposed to be helping me, he also used my credit card information without my permission. I was supposed to be paying a single transaction and he used to set up my fathers cable account which I did not consent to. He told me as we were leaving the store that is a recurring payment( In which Aaron Hakala assured it would not be).

    I came into the store for HELP but I left SOL! And he just shrugged because hey what is it to him, he made a sale, right! The service I received was horrible and has left me in a EXTREMELY compromising situation that was COMPLETELY avoidable if I received the right council.

    I was completely lied to about the purchase of a new phone with a multi line discount. The sales rep is named “justin” DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. Also at&t is refusing to honer the contract. Absolute scam.

    The store is very shady manager Greg make false promises in order to make a sale. I've been AT&T customer for many years and I don't know how Greg is allowed to treat customer,I believe African Americans customers with misleading information. When I came into the store first off to pay my bill Greg called my cell back several times trying to get me to change my plan upgrade my phone so when I finally decided to buy new phones for my two sons I figure I will go and see Greg when I got to the store Greg put a liquid Compound on my entire family phones guaranteed these phones will not break never told me he was charging me for the liquid nor did he tell me I had to register the product phones ended up breaking. Greg talk me into buying two iPhone 8 guaranteed my plan would be lower never happened. Gregg runs all kind of scams and nothing is done
