The first few times we had excellent customer service Including Oct 3. Today was another story. The worst service I have come across. They were basically trying to scam me out of our credit to buy products. All I wanted was to turn in our phones like I was told to do, and would get our promotion credit to go towards our bill. As soon as I said I don’t want any more products, they all of a sudden did not feel comfortable dealing with me and I needed to send my husband, you were 100% comfortable looking up all our information up until that point, along with showing me pricey products to buy and charge me sales tax. What a bunch of discrimination that happened today. They 100% lost all of our business and family’s business. My husband went to a different store and turned them in within 5 minutes and got our bill credit. Never will I step foot back in this store and will let everyone I know what they tried to do.. come in, telling me the person I was talking to was doing schedules now and couldn’t come back out to talk to me.. what a bunch of nonsense. Thank goodness our new store was honest and quick and not trying to pull one over in me. - October 17, 2021

FABULOUS customer service. When I entered into the store, the customer service rep (Al) was in the process of servicing 2 customers simultaneously ALL WHILE training a new employee. I observed him being courteous, patient, personable, knowledgeable and extremely competent. Because I have worked in customer service for many years, I am aware that it can be EXTREMELY challenging when dealing with this type of scenario.
