    This store is full of con artist trying to sell plan or product and deceiving customers by providing wrong information.we purchased plan in November with 5 phones trade in,they provided receipt of each trade in that we should be receiving 700 credit towards monthly bill. one of our line didn’t received credit and we contacted them . They say they will get back and never gets back,store manager gabrial never available for customers each time they come up with different lies and now they don’t even return I phone which was traded not even willing to honor 700 trade in credit. honestly find another at and t store or find another carrier this store needs to be shut down as no body knows what they are doing.please help your self by saving some time and energy by not falling in to their trap. Also thinking to pull them to consumer court and punish them so they learn a lession.
    The biggest mistake we ever made by transferring our plan from T mobile to AT&T and happen to choose this store. Just waiting to get over with their 30 month agreement and moved to another carrier and never ever return back as their customer and will make sure our friends and family members or friends we know don’t fall in to this carrier.

    To start off with, I’d like to note that they do not value customers. The first person that assisted us was Andre, he gave us an offer. But later we could not talk to him. He put all the details in a piece of paper instead of giving us a printout that shows the plan and costs clearly. Sara was the second person who was assisting us. We repeatedly asked her to give us a printout that shows all the details, she said you will get an email that will show your plan. We did not get an email for that. Also, we repeatedly asked her if our bill would be higher than expected and if there were any other hidden charges. She assured us that there wasn’t. After 2 weeks later, we were surprised by the bill. It was nearly 3 times the amount of what we were promised. Not only did they sign us up for the wrong plan, but they also added hidden fees and didn’t add the discounts we were eligible and promised. We are still trying to fix the situation for almost a week now. I would also like to note that they aren’t responsible for their actions and trick us into signing up for something we haven’t even agreed for. If I hadn’t looked at my bill, I would be charged 3 times the amount. It’s for the customer to pay but for the representative to be honest and trustworthy. Will never come to this store unless needed.

    Worked with Michael C. First and last time at this location. Came in looking for help with getting my BYOD phone activated. As soon as he knew I wasn’t making a purchase his demeanor changes and gave me the impression he would explore all avenues that led to the interaction ending as soon as possible. He didn’t care at all about helping me with my problem and was even combative when I was trying to ask basic questions about my issue to him.
