I’m a lifelong (25 years) Verizon customer and I switched all 5 lines to AT&T. I purchased 1 mobile router from Alma and had a bad experience. Nick from this store asked me to come in so he could fix what Alma had done. He spent an hour working on it and did resolve my issue, even though this was my only device through AT&T and I didn’t purchase it there. Not once did he try to sell me anything. Prior to leaving the store I asked him plans and devices. He was thorough and created a personal quote for me. 2weeks later, I showed up with my wife and three kids and we switched everything to AT&T. Nick and his crew stayed over an hour past closing time to ensure we were taken care of. They answered every question we had. They made sure our phones worked properly and that we knew about all the features. While there, I watched the employees multitasking to ensure every customer received top notch assistance. It”s inspiring to see young folks so dedicated with professional attitudes. I cannot say enough about these folks and this store. Thank you Nick. I usually have good experience till today. I know everyone is freaking out about the covid-19 but that doesnt give the right for an at&t employee to be rude and rush customers out of the store as soon as they walk in. The kid never introduced himself, kept repeating the same thing, doesnt know how to even use the phone nor watch to find what he needs.
