Terrible consumer service and will do whatever to make a sale even if it's not the right choice for you. They do not take accountability when they mess up. Do not shop at an authorize dealer store especially this location, go to a cooperate ATT store. If it says authorize dealer on the door it is not a cooperate store. Going to this store is not worth the hassle. I have been dealing with fixing their mistake since March 2022 and it's May 2022. Stay away and go to a cooperate store only.
The ATT on on Ford Rd and Lilly in Canton just about 5 mins away has fantastic customer service. - February 22, 2022

I took my 10 year old daughter here to get her first phone and TJ went above and beyond to make sure it was a good experience. He was so friendly and did not rush us at all. He helped my daughter pick out her accessories and did not talk down to her at all. While I respect people’s opinion (see Diane below) I completely disagree with someone not helping these non corporate stores. These are local businesses. If you think it’s better to help the corporation, then good luck with customer service in the future. Noah has always helped me and I’d bet he has taken care of the city of Plymouth fantastically.
