Waited for around 3 hours to get new phone. I was told it would be $10 more per month. It was $90 more. Went back to store,waiting again for over an hour. NO help at all. I've been with AT@T for over 30 years. Pay my bill always. Very loyal customer. Well first of all there should be somewhere where it is posted no returns as it is not on our receipt or anywhere in the store. Then refused to run thru my discount of my employer.
