Terrible customer service, after waiting for 40 mins to ask question concerning reason my wifi was not connecting with my phone. I was repeatedly told “no mam, you don’t pay AT&T for wifi service. I told the girl, yes, I do...she continued to tell me, in a stern voice, no mam, you do not!!! I do have AT&T wifi and pay them every month for the service!! Unprofessional and when the Manager came out he appeared to be uninterested and said he was sick??? He went on to say he had toothache, very unprofessional place. - June 17, 2020

The best and most helpful staff I’ve ever been able to work with. Erica, Derek, John, Samantha, Maya, and Candis were so helpful. There was a problem with my FirstNet account, and they did everything they could to find a solution and get me an upgrade. There’s no better AT&T staff around. Victoria S was my consultant. We live in Tupelo but we are from New Albany and we were running errands in New Albany so we stopped at the New Albany store for my phone upgrade. I understand that we are in a weird position with corona virus but I “upgraded” my phone in less than 30 minutes. Sounds great, right? Nope. Instead of upgrading my phone, she upgraded my iPad which has its own phone number. She said she disconnected my original phone but she did not. She told me they couldn’t do the normal transfers and software updates in the store due to the corona virus rules so we didn’t catch the issue. I also wanted to pay full price for my new phone and she said that she would have to do “extra work” to do that and once we finished we could pay for it then. She never gave us the option at the end of our meeting. She also mentioned that we could get a discount if we went paperless and automated pay but she never followed through with that either. I got home, did the transfer and updates which took an hour and once everything was done I used my new phone and realized that the phone number was not my own. We then had to go to the Tupelo West Main store where they had to correct ALL of Victoria’s mistakes. I had to return the original phone and then pay different sales tax.
I also needed a charger for my Apple Watch and they didn’t have any.
