    Save yourself headache and $$$
    The initial experience was good but the bill was not. We asked rep about plans and showed us a sign on counter that had Unlimited text, talk, & data for $50 & a $30 plan. We asked for the $50 plan and purchased 2 new phones.
    When 1st bill arrived the plans were $85 per line and total bill was $300. What!!! I have spent countless hours trying to get corrected but no reps can change it because there is no plan for 2 lines for $50. Store rep knew we only had 2 phones yet still gave us Unlimited Elite knowing that was more than what we asked for.

    The Plans were changed to Unlimited Starter plan and I didn't authorize a change so who changed it?
    Called att and rep told me that it was changed by a rep on Sept 20, 2 days after getting service with att.
    Someone made $$$ off us by doing this. I feel so let down by this. Poor business. I should have read reviews first. Hope to save someone some $$$.

    Passion B is who is listed as my cashier. I just went in to pay my bill (10/04/21 @14:24:21) and she was on her Bluetooth headset phone the entire time I was in the store, including throughout my checkout process, leading to miscommunication as she was having her conversation with whoever was on the other side of the line about Passion "being stressed the f*** out." (I was not blessed with asterisks in real life) I asked "what?" when I thought she was talking to me and she responded by pointing to her ear in a frustrated manner and told me "I'm on the phone I wasn't talking to you." And that interaction didn't seem to be enough to convince her to hang up and call back when no customers were in the store. Not exactly a welcoming or pleasant experience. I had other questions about potentially adding someone to my line but I did not feel comfortable asking her or generally speaking around her since I didn't wanna be rude and interrupt her conversation.

    Awesome customer service, I went into the store on June 12 and 13th 2020. I met Normand on the 12th and he was very helpful getting my issue resolved. This was after I had gone to the corporate store prior to this visit and 2 different employees at the corporate store told me that ATT had screwed me over. Norman was most helpful in helping me rectify this issue. I told Norman I’d be back on the 13th and he had not made it in to work just yet. This is where I met Justin, he was very helpful in helping me get this situation rectified and was very patience with me. Thank goodness att had these two employees or my service would have gone to Verizon

    This is the worst AT&T ever. My two kids and I went to the store because we were experiencing a warranty problem with my brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I understood they couldn’t replace my phone under warranty because it is an Apple product and not an AT&T product. I repeatedly asked the guy what I needed to do since Apple was closed due to Covid19 my best guess is he did not know what to tell me and when I interrupted him with the same question “what am I supposed to do about this” he began yelling and threatened both me and my children. He called us racial slurs and began bowing is chest out like we were children on the playground in elementary school. AT&T was notified of said behavior and so was the manager and nothing at all was done to rectify the situation what so ever. My phone is still broke my kids were horrified at the events that unfolded in front of them and I was left with no resolution to my phone or the guys behavior while we were there. I will be switching my service after 18 years of dedication and not having a late payment one single time thanks to this Neanderthal and the cooperation that allowed his behavior to go own unpunished and my situation unrectified

    Horrible customer service! The lady working was beyond rude. We tried to get help activating new phones, and the lady working told us we could do it on the phone and basically told us bye. We explained to her we had trouble the day before that is why we came in the store. She still acted like she didn’t care or want to help. We left and went to the Byram location; at the Byram store they were more than willing to help.
