    I usually post reviews if I am not happy with the service I receive. At the same time, I feel it is important to post my thoughts when I get really good service. I got a LG8 ThinQ phone. I always dread getting a new phone because of transferring all of my phonebook, apps, mail, .... Tommy transferred everything, even all my notepad information. On top of it, he took the time to explain a lot of the features, particularly with the camera. I probably wouldn't have used as much of the functionality of the phone, if he hadn't shown me the features. I have dropped a phone a time or 2 in the past and he showed me a case that has already protected my phone a couple of times without any damage to the phone or the screen. I would definitely recommend seeking out this AT&T location and asking for Tommy.

    I am Furious. This is ridiculous. My 85-year old father asked me to pay his AT&T bill for him (which I do nearly every month, by the way). I had his bill, and I had payment. Given the current health warnings, I am happy to do this for him. PROBLEM: They would not allow me to pay my father's bill because I am not on his account? SO, what is he to do: Risk his health to come out and pay it himself? Incur a late fee by waiting several months when it is safe for him to venture out? I had to go to another AT&T location (Mid Rivers Mall Drive next to T-Mobile) to pay the bill. WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY is this an issue today,and it never has been before? Is AT&T hoping to have seniors default on their payments so that they are able to scam them into having late fees?

    Wasn't looking forward to going to this store as had bad customer service both on calls and at store loactions for several years.However my old phone had a defect so needed to activate my replacement phone. Place was busy but wait time wasn't bad at all. I was assigned to Tony and he was wonderful and did all that needed to be done with no problems afterwards. So he has restored my belief that there really are nice competant employees working at AT&T. Thanks again Tony!

    Awful experience Customer Service embarrassingly rude ... they broke my phone didn’t want to help accommodate me in any way at all ... store would not take American Express from several customers that day ... even after calls to Am Ex confirming morning problem with my card... Chris was very impatient and because their system wouldn’t take my credit card I had to go to the ATM for cash and from the $10+ I was owed he had the nerve to give me over $4 worth of Nickles Dimes and Quarters and would not give me bills because that’s all they had left in the store, he said. I asked them to help me with my new phone they refused saying the X is exactly the same as the 11 Pro .. and the blonde female manager told me I needed to leave the store that I was being ridiculous and when I asked to cancel my order and get a refund she said no go to O’Fallon if You want any more help. We are done with you. When I told Houston he was being rude to me his response was, “If anything you are the rude one”.... Not the Customer Service I expected as I felt degraded insulted and harrassed during my horrific visit! Please opt to go to the other AT&T stores in the St Peters area. NO ONE DESERVES THIS EXPERIENCE Never ever ever!

    Was just in the store to buy accessories and we stood at the counter with all reps busy except 4 employees talking and ignored us
    BUT Houston was nice enough to help us... thank Houston
