    NEVER AGAIN. Went in for an upgrade and discovered that we got a new line. After discovering the deception we tried getting a hold of the manager by phone who was either never in or unavailable. We decided to go into the store following a phone call and being told the manager wasn't in only to discover she was actually there but hiding in the adjoining office room. The young guy working lied to us about being able to reduce or remove fees. We were taken. They employ lies and deceit to meet their sales quota. We will never go back to that store.

    I am so tired of being treated with disrespect we were suppose to get a call back yesterday and never did I called the store 10 minutes before they closed and he didn’t pick up and I know he saw me calling. I even hung up and called back multiple times. I am getting a lawyer for this problem and I will need to talk to Tyler’s manger. There’s no reason for this level of disrespect. I know I’m not the only customer that has problems with him either, this is getting out of hand I will be in the store tomorrow at 8:45 before it opens and I will wait for his manger to come the store.

    My husband and I had purchased new phones two days prior in Ozark, MO, but I was having a problem with mine. Since we were in Warrensburg for lunch, we stopped in this AT&T store to see if they could help me. I wasn't very hopeful since earlier that morning I'd already tried our Sedalia, MO store for help and had a terrible experience. However, Dalton at the Warrensburg store was wonderful to us. He helped us immediately and corrected the issue for me. We appreciated this so much!

    Came in this evening to update my children's equipment. I was helped by Dalton, who was not only knowledgeable enough to help me understand all the technology. He really took good time to explain to both my kids unique features of their new phones and show them different aspects of the new devices. He was considerably more than helpful and would recommend his service to anyone who may not be tech savvy, such as myself.

    I went into this store on August 24th to start new service with 3 new lines. 1 phone they did not have in stock so they ordered it and i paid the sales tax. After ordering this phone, I was told that I would need to pay full price on the other two phones. I decided to cancel the entire process because I needed 3 lines and could not feasibly pay 2k for them. So i asked him to cancel. He told me to call customer service to do it. I declined and requested that he call. He made the call but only after telling me he should have been off work already and sitting up there with me wasn't what he wanted to be doing. So he called and we spoke with customer service and they advised us that the account and the order were cancelled. The next day, I received an email that my device had shipped to the store. It arrived to the store on August 27th. I called the store on the 27th and they initially told me they didn't have it. Once they found it, they said I would have to come pick it up and return it myself. I said I would not take possession of the phone because I did not want to be responsible for it since it never should have been shipped. The gentleman then told me he would drop the phone off for return. The next week on September 2nd, I called again to verify that it had been sent back . The same guy I spoke to before told me he tried to return it on friday, but that the post office would not take it because it was not in his name. Well, being that I ship things regularly, I know that that is completely untrue. So then I said, if that's the case, why did no one contact me, he said because he didn't have my phone number. So I requested for them to call their manager and find out about shipping the phone back. I live 40 minutes from the store, so driving 80 miles round trip just isn't easily feasible. So he says he'll call the manager, and I asked if he wanted my phone number. And he said no, he has it.... ironic huh? So they supposedly sent it out via UPS the following day. Yet, they have no tracking number they can give me. It's now the 16th and I still have not received my money back. So we have zero way of knowing if it's actually been returned. At this point, i'm down $88 dollars, as the single mother of a child with severe disabitlies related to cancer, and the amount of appointments she has, I do not have disposable money to just sit around for a month and wait for it to be returned. I don't even know if the manager is aware of the issue because of all of the times I've called, she's never been there. So I don't know if they even have a manager or if she is just dodging my calls. Every single person I've spoken to has been rude. and yes I was rude myself, because I'm over the incompetence.
