Do not go into this store if you are a woman under the age of 30. I was greeted with “Hello there young lady.” Not immediately a red flag, but sort of condescending. I even asked “Pardon me?” and he doubled down. I proceeded to get the most cold, unfriendly, and patronizing customer service I have ever had in my life. I was spoke to like I was a child and, as an adult woman, felt incredibly uncomfortable. Not only did nothing get done (which would be fine if I had even an average experience but sucked that not only did I walk out empty handed but also had to feel degraded in the process), but I had such a bad experience that I don’t feel comfortable going into any AT&T store and will instead just do everything online. - August 7, 2021

Disappointed with the first employee. My phone wasn't working, and she just looks at it without looking into the problem and says you need a new phone. Just bought the phone there 2 years ago and just paid it off. I told her I will wait for someone else to help me. The second employee looked into it. He took out the battery, let it sit for 30 seconds and placed it back into my phone and was able to fix it. Very disappointed today. Wish they had the other employees from 2 years ago. They shouldn't be there just to make a buck and take advantage of customers. I am not in a position to buy a new phone. Change your approach. I am thankful for the second employee. I usually go to the AT&T store on 78th and Dodge and have always had wonderful customer service. This time I went to the Dodge store but they were out of the phone we wanted and the sales rep went out of his way to point us to a place with the phone even though he wouldn’t get the sale.
So it led us to the Village Pointe store and it was the WORST experience I have ever experienced at any wireless carrier store especially AT&T!!
Victor H was our “sales rep”....I thought he was new based on his lack of experience and politeness. He barely talked to us during the setting up process, didn’t listen to me when I told him from the beginning I was trading in two phones, didn’t even offer the current deal where the new phones would only be $5/month if used that as a credit instead, it was like I knew his job more than him! When the credit wasn’t applied to the price for the phones being turned in he got VERY rude and stated how he’s worked there for three years and that can’t be done (however I upgraded a phone 3 days before and it can be done). Then when I stated he should be able to do, he said, yeah I could but then I’d have to call my support and that could take awhile. He did not want to help us, this was the absolute most rude person I have ever experienced! Why would you not do your job and call and fix the problem you created? I had to argue with him for 15 minutes about it before he got help in the back from a manager and got it done. I HAD TO ARGUE WITH A SALES REP FOR HIM TO DO HIS J-O-B!!!
Then when that was all done, he didn’t even activate the phones, never even opened the boxes. He said they had to update, but only one phone needed to update and even then at the other store they open the box, activate the phone and offer to put the $40 screen protector on for you, HE DID NOTHING BUT THROW THE BOXES IN A BAG AND RUSH US OUT OF THE DOOR!

Jess and Ciara were knowledgeable and extremely helpful setting up three new phones with the best promotions, accessories etc while maximizing the discounts/offers available to me. Terrible Customer Service. Most of their answers are we cannot do that in our store you have to go online to do that service. I was having conversation with retail sales associate Victor Hernandez and another employee Dave Furcin jumped into our conversation. He was extremely rude. I would never recommend AT&T or Direct TV and I am happy to switch. Very expensive to use their services and I returned to Verizon
