They don't have hardly anything in store for customers, like Verizon does. Their staff is all happy but they just push you out the door and lack customer service. They hurry through everything. I switch from Verizon and im not very happy right now. Thinking of leaving 😕 - January 15, 2021

ELDERLY BEWARE AT THIS LOCATION!!
I live in California, and my father who is on my account lives in Nevada. He needed a new phone and went to the Gardnerville store to upgrade his wireless device.. we was assisted byTony and (Ashley the store manager)while he was there was upsold to AT&T TV service, which he didn't need he already has a provider, they collected his credit card info, billed him for the TV service, and the store reps added features to my cellphone account that were never requested or even discussed. I was able to get those removed and refunded easily.
After 4+ hours in the Gardnerville store my father in law was able to cancel the services he didn't need, and get a refund to his card.
Fast forward 2 weeks and i receive a email that he has been charged 120$ service fee for unreturnend equipment which he never had in his possession. After hours on the phone between customer service and the Gardnerville store ( where the manager Ashley said she was to busy to try to assist me and had customers, yeah my fatherinlaw was one of them, but I guess fixing their mistake they created wasn't a priority at the store. ) the Gardnerville stores lack of competence created this issue by not completely canceling the order which caused the charges.
God bless the customer service phone rep, was able to see what Ashley and Tony had done and immediately credited his credit card with extreme apologies for the ordeal we had been through.
If you are unsure about what you need or what you are buying, bypass this store, do not let them take advantage of you or any elderly people you may know that are not quite hip on what they're doing or what they are purchasing.
Hope this saves someone from it happening again... just remember sales people are nice and sweet while your buying, building up their commission pay, - December 15, 2020

Ashley the manager is a dream. She is helpful and kind.
The other two employees nick I listened to him speak rudely to a customer on the phone. The client he helped after he couldn’t set up a voice mail and told him to call 611 instead.
The other associate set up a new line for a customer and he came back because he was overcharged. That associate I didn’t see his name. He was ride just kept saying it’s right I can’t do anything call 611.
