I don’t even want to give this store 1 star. They have gone completely downhill. I added a phone line to my plan and was told it would be $35 a month. I was promised the memory card would work with the iPhone I already had. My husband and daughter went in two weeks later and were told they could upgrade her phone for free. They agreed and she walked away with a new mini iPhone. Fast forward 2 weeks and I get a bill for $550. They completely changed the plan that we have been grandfathered into for YEARS without our consent. I called to get it taken care of and was both screamed at and then hung up on by the manager. She kept screaming telling me what I was saying wasn’t significant. I then called another AT&T store and spoke with that manager who told me they have had multiple complaints of this worker. That she has screamed and hung up on workers at their branch also. How can someone that awful still have a job? Mortifying. I suggest only going to plaistow if you want to be scammed. - November 22, 2020

Went to add a line and ended up purchasing a phone since Dave the salesperson. Told me it would be 10$. A month later I received the my bill and I was charged 30$...called the store and they credited me 20$ and said it sometimes takes awhile to adjust price ...called month after month and spoke with Jim and each time he credited me 20$. I asked if it could be fixed but he said I would have to call for credit each month. I finally decided to call corporate ATand T and they said they could not help me. One of reps I talked to said it was up to the retail store to make good of it. One of the persons I talked to also said to deal with corporate stores and not retail because the same happened to her . I did go back to A T and T store and not only were they unable to fix the problem they said they could no longer credit me the 20$ each month. I was frustrated and sat down to call the Corp A t and t and said I wanted to sit and straighten this problem out at which time I was threatened to be thrown out of store. My husband called the store after and ended up talking to district manager and he said he would call him back. I have tried since March to fix this and haven g gotten nowhere. My husband has been calling for past 2 months and has gotten nowhere the response we get is to wait a couple weeks!!!!!! This has been going on since Feb 5 !!!!!!!! I guess I am out 600$ and I am now looking for another carrier after being with AT and t since 1989!!!!! I really didn t even want to give this store 1 star but I had no choice!!!!!! - July 10, 2020

I was recently in the store to switch my service from 2 flip phones to new smartphones. I have a couple of complaints. The guy working at the store, Brian, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable & helpful. But he was all alone. There were a few people ahead of me. Not all were wearing masks. 2 young guys came walking in, stood right behind me, chatting up a storm, and weren't wearing masks. I felt like walking out, but was in the middle of having my phones switched. I am very disappointed in AT&T for allowing this to happen. Not only unsafe for your customers, but also unsafe for your own employees. Again, Brain did a great job, but I left the store very pissed off at you guys about this. Is it really so difficult to enforce mask wearing? We're in the middle of a pandemic - jeez! So now you ruined what should have been a 5-star experience. Again, not Brian's fault! - May 31, 2020
