    Several years ago- this place used to be great. However we had an issue where we used an upgrade we had on one line for one son to buy another phone for my other son in need of an upgrade. We have been with the company for over 20 years and have never had an issue doing this and our monthly bill is not cheap. My son went in to get it done and an associate was unable to help saying he could not switch phones without turning off the line the upgrade is for- so my son left. We called in and the supervisor apologized saying that that should not have happened- to send my son back in the next day to fix the situation. My son went back the next day- the supervisor (AKA Gerald- did not give me the correct name since I filed a formal complaint on the phone)- claimed to have fixed the situation but totally turned down my other son's line.

    That was not the real issue- the real issue is the way a supervisor of a store treated us on the phone- retracting his statements from the previous day, blaming my husband and then saying they are merely a "pick up location" when you order online- they do not help you with other issues. The supervisor (AKA Gerald) was totally unprofessional and indifferent in his lack of concern for the situation as well as taking any accountability to assist their customers since there is more to the company than "pay for something and pick up." After 15 min- my 18 and 20 year old son rectified the issue themselves- so perhaps At&T should train their employees in the areas of setting up phones and customer service most especially since they are paying a person to claim they are just a "pick up service". In all fairness- the representative online was extremely professional, apologetic, filed a formal complaint for us and assisted us in ensuring what my sons did was correct.

    Absolutely the worst! Every time I go there whether it be weeks, months or a year to replace a Phone there’s never the same employees there. Today I went to return older phones after purchasing new ones last month. I waited 45 mins around noon. The girls working that day stemmed to have no idea what they were doing and continuing with the same customers they were with when I got there. Two other customers were waiting and annoyed. I return around 3:30 pm that same day for a repeat of the earlier situation. This time there was no pen to sign in and the paper was filled. I went to my car to get a pen and a women who worked started to locked the door. I called and asked what time they closed and was told six but they would not be taking customers after 5:00pm . My daughter & I waited until 4:30 and watched people come and go pulling on the door. Staff again working with the same customers for over a hour, people waiting & they continued to ask each other questions. We left a second time! Won’t be going back there to purchase phones that’s for sure !!!!
