    I just left store and I won't say if a male or female helped me, but it was not a great experience and I won't be back. I was quoted a price then was told it was a mistake and they wanted $10.00 more dollars. The professional thing to do was give it to me for the quoted price So instead of receiving $10.00, they got nothing. Not a good business/customer relations decision!

    If I could give no stars I would. I was in the store twice in a week and have never been treated with more disrespect in my life that I was by Louis W. He was rude, condescending, and outright mean. As a high school teacher, I would never stand for that behavior from any of my students, yet he thought it was perfectly acceptable to treat a customer that way. He raised his voice and yelled at me, in front of other customers and employee. He told me he did not care I was a paying customer and told me to leave the store, when all I did was ask him for help transferring my contacts. I told him I understood about Covid that he couldn’t touch my phone but when I asked him to walk me through it he said no, that I should go learn online. Aren’t you the “consultant”? From the other reviews I see that I’m not alone in his absolute horrible treatment. I even went so far as to file a formal complaint with AT&T corporate office after I left the store. Louis W. should not be in customer service, because he knows nothing of how to treat other people with respect. Do not go to the Route 37 store, there are many others to choose from. And as paying AT&T: Customer’s as well as human beings, we do not deserve to be treated that poorly.

    Is it possible to give no stars? I was there twice in the last week and had to deal with Louis White, a “consultant”. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. On the first visit I asked him for information on upgrading which he was dismissive and outwardly rude. So I went home and ordered everything online and got a great deal. So I went In a second time to ask for help on transferring contacts and again he said he couldn’t help me because if Covid, I asked if he could at least talk me through it and he told me no. When I said he was being rude he ridiculed me in front of other Customers, raised his voice at me and told me he didn’t care I was a customer and told me to leave. I am a high school teacher and would never stand this behavior from a student. Louis White is a miserable man who is rude and down right mean and NEVER go to the rt 37 store and deal with him.
