    Terrible customer service. I called to see if I could get help setting up my replacement phone and was told no because of Covid. The representative said that they couldn’t touch other people’s phone and that it was state mandated. It was a bunch of bull crap because the company had sent a gentleman to my house to set up my phone. He stayed in his car while I waited. I also called a few more locations and was told to come in. I have several lines for family and just purchased a 10xs from that very same store. I believe because I wasn’t making a purchase there was no interest in helping me. That’s fine though because I will never shop with them again!!

    Customer service can stand much improvement. The reps just stand around and pretend you’re not there as if they are too busy. But instead they are on their phones speaking Spanish and joking around. They get the extra star because my rep Sheldon appeared to be the only professional on staff! The Assistant Mgr Mark can very much stand to take a few courses in people skills and patience. He lacks total patience meanwhile is the main one standing around doing absolutely nothing! Needless to say after several trips I got my issue resolved but with a fight! As hard as it it is for people to find jobs, the reps at this store need a rude awakening and count their blessings at the same time! Oh we are not in PR/DR.. we are in Union, NJ. English Is the first language. The reps should not speak amongst themselves in Spanish while English speaking customers are present and not being attended to!

    We went in for cell phones and to find more affordable cable. The store manager, Norberto convinced me to switch to Direct TV by promising a wonderful deal. When I told him that when I had Direct TV 15 years ago, I would lose service every time we had any bad weather. He claimed new technology had corrected that problem. First of all, I lose the signal every time it rains. Secondly, I am paying the same monthly I had paid with cable. Only now I have an ugly dish on my home. And finally, I never got the deal promised and every time we called or went in to see him, he said he was working on it. I regret stepping foot in this store!

    Visited Union AT&T store to resolve issue created by another AT&T retail store. Dealt directly with store manager Norberto. Was in store for 4.5 hours on 12/24 and 2 hours on 12/26 while they attempted to correct and fix issues caused by AT&T (various AT&T employees had admitted to multiple mistakes on their end). Was assured by store manager Norberto that situation was fully resolved. Purchased phones, set up billing, and left store with AT&T service on 4 lines and an order for a 5th phone. Was told by store manager Norberto to contact him directly if I had any further problems, and to reach out to district manager as well. Less than 2 days later, AT&T abruptly cancelled service for my family with no warning. Reached out to store manager Norberto, but he has not provided any help and has ignored my repeated requests for assistance. Also, multiple attempts to contact district manager have also gone unanswered. Now I am out the money I paid for the phones and have had no service for over a week. Have spent a cumulative total of 20 hours with AT&T trying to get this resolved, and still not fixed over a week later. Don’t expect this store, or the district manager, to help you with any issues you may encounter once you purchase phones and walk out the door, even if those issues were caused by AT&T.
