    I would give a 0 star if possible. I waited over an hour to get help setting up my new phone only to be strong armed and insulted by 2 associates trying to get me to switch my IT provider to AT&T.
    This is the 1st and only time I've EVER walked out of any store and I will be unlocking my phone ASAP and going elsewhere. GOOD BYE AT&T, I was a customer for 8yrs.!

    I was able to read your response and it earns you another 1 star. It’s the fact that your employee HUNG up the phone, was nasty prior to hanging up and our issue is STILL not resolved. You do not take account privacy seriously, the entire communication between AT&T and their customers is terrible, as you clearly see with all your other reviews. A better way to do business would be to actually HELP your customers. Awful experience and awful customer service. Nothing about my review stated anything about account security. Y’all need to do better and that’s the bottom line.

Regardless of whether or not your review stated "account security" implicitly, the reason our representatives can not divulge proprietary information over the phone is because of our strict adherence to our policy of protecting our customer base's sensitive information. You were informed that you could come into the store or contact customer service to resolve your issue, but when you chose to get belligerent instead, our representative also chose not to engage you any further. While we physically don't have the ability to access accounts over the phone, if we made exceptions for everyone who felt they were the exception, we wouldn't have any policies at all. Serving our customers with the best service possible is something we strive for every day. We sincerely appreciate you and all our customers!

    Called to speak to a manager and the associate hung up. I’m on the phone with AT&T twice a week. I’m not sure what their problem is but as soon as my contracts are up we’re leaving this establishment due to poor customer service and an unorganized company. My internet stinks as well. Save your time and money.

    THE PROBLEM IS WE SET UP OUR SECURITY CODE AND YOU ALL CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT STRAIGHT. WHICH MAKES ME WONDER JUST HOW SECURE YOUR CUSTOMERS REALLY ARE. SAME AS MY 100$ SIGN ON FOR MY INTERNET. THE WAY YOU RUN THIS BUSINESS IS SKETCHY AT BEST. YOU ALL DON'T WANT FOLKS TO GET FRUSTRATED? DO A BETTER JOB KEEPING UP WITH THINGS, AND IF YOU CAN'T, THEN BE OBLIGED TO HELP - IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. ANY TIME WE NEED HELP IT IS MET WITH ATTITUDE AND AGGRAVATION. MY DAUGHTER'S EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE. THE INTERNET SITUATION HAS BEEN AWFUL. AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKS IN KNOWLEDGE AND COMMON COURTESY THAT MAKES LASTING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS.
