They were quick in store but the chargers we bought don’t work. We called them and ...they don’t answer phone & ‘voice mail is full...’. I purchased an S20 recently and asked the Mgr to help transfer info from my old phone. He agreed but had the woman in the store do it instead while he was in the back of the store. She asked if I wanted her to put my screen protector on since I had ordered one from AT&T when I purchased my phone online. I did not know there was a factory Screensaver (AT&T told me later) and she removed it on the new phone, put the other one on and left bubbles all over the protector, told me they would go away in 24 hours which they did not. She ruined 2 protectors, Mgr still in the back. I took the phone to a corporate owned store, they were shocked by the condition of the protector. The mgr of the store that damaged it said he would replace both but its been nearly a month and I don't have them.
I will ONLY do business from now on with the corporate owned AT&T stores and NEVER set foot in these privately owned stores again! The phones are far too expensive to let just anyone handle them. Lesson learned! - May 18, 2020

I went to upgrade my device and it was the best experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been a customer for 20 years. No waiting time and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure my phones were updated and signed into iCloud so I could retrieve all of my data. Highly recommend this store for all of your needs.
