Wonderful service thanks to Omar! We had an unusual problem. My mother had been an ATT customer for years. She was recently moved to a memory unit at a healthcare residence. She is 100 years old, I had tried to secure all her passwords years earlier knowing that I would need them to change services or pay bills. I never did find out the ATT password and I would try to get help from the service number I called several times. I finally went on the ATT cares chat and posed the question about how to close my mom’s account. They said any store can help if you have Power of Attorney papers and ID. I found the POA and my sister and I went to this store to get help! The first person we encountered said they did not handle that! That’s when we met OMAR, the store’s manager! He called a number and they said they could call him back in 30 minutes. I thanked him and figured I was in for more runaround excuses and low and behold ATT called me back before we left the store! Ten minutes later Omar had solved our problem, cancelled my mom’s account and will be sending the final bill to my address. Omar was professional, but kind and understood our problem. I have been an ATT customer for awhile and Was considering changing due to their attitudes over this issue! Omar is the man and I will be going to that store if I have other issues. The WORSE customer service experience. I will never return to this location. Sales associate “Jay T.” (not sure what the T stands for but if I had to guess, T as in TRIFLING). After inquiring about screen protectors, Trifling informed me that they’re kept in the back and that he’d retrieve it for me. It wasn’t until I made it home that I realized Trifling grabbed the most expensive screen protector AT&T had to offer. I was in a rush so I wasn’t paying as close attention as I usually do, also with the checkout being on the handheld device I wasn’t shown any of the transaction details to see the price of my purchase prior to checking out nor did he verbalize it. I’ve worked in customer service/sales and for commission, this was a very selfish act and not customer friendly. Trifling brought out the most expensive screen protector to pad his pockets with commission. I called the exact same location later to see what options they had in stock for screen protectors and that’s when I found out Trifling grabbed the most expensive 1 in store. This is absolutely no way to treat your customers!! Shame on Trifling Jay T. and shame on AT&T for hiring him. - January 26, 2022

Horrible customer service and false advertising. Had a sign posted stating buy one get one free on Android smart watch. Ask representative about details. So asked representative and was told offer was expired. So why advertise something your not going to honor. Thats the only reason we started looking at the watches anyway. Then our sales rep was completely useless didn't know anything about his merchandise or if he had it in stock. I wouldn't go back if it was the last att in Tulsa. - December 30, 2021
