    Went to turn in a phone and was put in a que and told to wait in my car. They said 15 min or so. 45 min later I watch two other people walk in and get helped and I was still sitting in my car waiting

    Update Jan 2: As I suspected, our bill arrived with numerous errors. Installment credits that were once being properly applied have been erroneously removed, combined billing with directv was erroneously completed (which is a headache to undo), and "next level $5/month upgrade" feature unknowingly added....NONE of which I asked for. Stop changing customer accounts that they didn't ask for! Now to try spending New Years backtracking this mess! Store management feel free to reach out and I will update review experience!

    Orig Dec 2020: Between long wait times, health protocols, I completely understand pent up stress and wanting to get through the customer que. But customers please don't be afraid to ask your store rep to SLOW DOWN when processing your transactions. At this location, store rep FLORA set off a chain of events/changes that put our appropriate bill credits/device credits in jeopardy. And now we have to wait til the next bill cycle to understand the damage because not even the premier support loyalty team over the phone can see the changes yet. In-store reps, SLOW DOWN! Flora, I get it, you probably aren't stoked about work right now, I've literally been in your shoes 5yrs ago when I worked AT&T retail at the Cornell store...but take a breather to slow down the workflow to get it right the first time instead of rushing through the workflow, it causes major headaches for customers after the fact. I'll be sure to update this if this gets remedied by next bill cycle.

    Today my daughter and I went to At &T at Tanasbourne with a problem with an upgrade. We ordered my daughter a phone through the website and had a lot of problems. We went to this store to upgrade my phone and get help with my daughters phone. Almost two hours later we both left the store with our news phones and a smile (under our mask). Anthony was professional and patient.

    Great customer service!
    I came to this store last week to get new cell phone lines. Flora was such a great customer service. She made my experience extremely smooth. She was very patient to answer/explain all my questions. She wrote all my plan to papers clearly. She was very professional and gave me all the information I needed. She got me a good deal with my plan too. All the staff at this place were very nice too!
    Highly recommend AT$T at Tanasbourne and highly recommend FLora. Thank you!

    I want to give 0 stars for how this store employee treats customers. I have been an At&t customer for decades. Upon working on a issue with At&t online I was suggested to go to this store and return an item. The online rep even took an appointment on my behalf to this particular store. I went to the store and explained why I am returning this item, there was this asian guy up front with manager tag on his pocket, he didn't even pay attention to what I was saying and he told me to leave he cannot help. I felt discriminated by this asian manager with his rude accent and he refused to attend to me because my last name didn't match the account. My name changed after I became a citizen and it didn't change that much. I explained him why my name changed and also asked him to go through the security questions to clear this. He bluntly refused to talk to me.
