This location has some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with at att. Elena V. she say she want help you but her action say otherwise. She seem really annoyed and defensive when you ask her a question. After all said and done, she didn’t listen to what I wanted And then said she can’t stop the change. Overall I wished I would have finished this through online without the sass and hassle. I hope she treats the other clients better. I won’t be coming back to this location. Terrible service at the store. The manager kicked me out of the store. The associates were so rude especially Justin. They gave me appointment for 10.30am, their website says they open at 10am, at the door they indicate they open at 11am. When I asked them to explain the confusion and the inconvenience, they all became defensive and told the manager that I was yelling at them. First of all, when I asked to speak with the manager, they brought me one of their colleagues and lied that he is the manager and even before I could explain why I was in the store, he began defending his colleagues and a few minutes later the real manager walked in and asked me “ you come here and yell at my employees, leave my store and never come back here.” I told him, sir, you were not here, why don’t you here me out and assist me and he said, “ am done with you, get out”. I scheduled appointment to upgrade my phone. I signed up from their website and I was scheduled for 10.30am. I arrived in time and there was an associate in the store but the door was locked. Outside the store they put a notice that the store opens at 11am yet they scheduled me for 10.30am. It was frustrating as I called one of the associates to confirm the time and he ignored me. When he finally opened the door at 11am, he came and without even greeting asked, “what can we do for you”. I told him I had an appointment at 10.30am and he said they don’t control the At and T scheduling. He called his colleague Justin and he began preaching to me. Asked for the manager and they said “for what”. I insisted and then a young man came saying he is the manager and even before hearing me out began telling me how they can’t control the hours on the website. They open at 11 and no employee can respond to the door before then. I told them that this was frustrating, I don’t live at the store, I checked the hours on their website and they scheduled me for 10.30am yet they open at 11am. Another guy showed up saying he is the owner of the store and he rudely kicked me out telling me never to come to his store again because I was yelling to his employees. I asked him to look at his cameras to see if I was yelling, I was just asking why they treat me like that. He just sent me off and told me that if I have concerns, I call call At and T. Brian at Clackamas Town Ctr Att along with his manager were the most helpful employees I have dealt with in my 20 yrs. with At&T. They solved an issue I had been dealing with since Dec. The phone customer service was very bad, kept promising a resolution in 7-10 days and I spent many many hours on phone and on hold. Im so glad I Listened to my mom who told me her experience there was also great! Thanks a million Brian and Mgr. Hope you both get a raise.
