Customer service was not ok but I won’t go there again they were rude. Ahmad was on his phone the whole time and rolling his eyes and sighing as if we were a bother and the manager was very condescending. When we first arrived at the store, we knew we had a complicated issue with changing a very old phone over to a new phone, and I was very concerned about how it was going to get done. Latasha, the manager, stepped in to talk to us, was very helpful by not only reassuring us, but also by taking the right actions to get us taken care of promptly and fully serviced. She checked in a couple times with the technician to make sure all was well. End result was a successful transfer and a happy customer. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the store. I needed to just return a cell phone case. I stood there for 30 minutes, while two staff members both were working on different customers plans. I realize that can be time consuming, but a third employee walked in from outside, looked at me, and then walked into the back room. One of the staff members could of just asked me what I needed, which was a simple return that could have been done in a minute, but instead I was ignored for 30 minutes. No in-store customer service at all. I would give ZERO starts if I could right now. We went there to get help transferring cellular data plan to new phone from old phone. The young guy working there looked at us like we were crazy and said they don't help with that. It was awful, and today we had to spend 3 hours, bumping from India to US on the phone with 3 ATT representatives to get it done. The last guy did it, and told us that We still needed to contact ATT to get it done. But the guy working at the store failed to mention that. I give zero starts, and I would give negative ones if I could. Not costumer service at all. We went there to get help transferring cellular plan to new phone and told us they couldn't help us at all, and looked at us like if we asked a crazy question. After buying all our previous phones there and having our account with them for more than 20 years. Never happened before. Just no customer service at all now.
