    No in-store customer service at all. I would give ZERO starts if I could right now. We went there to get help transferring cellular data plan to new phone from old phone. The young guy working there looked at us like we were crazy and said they don't help with that. It was awful, and today we had to spend 3 hours, bumping from India to US on the phone with 3 ATT representatives to get it done. The last guy did it, and told us that We still needed to contact ATT to get it done. But the guy working at the store failed to mention that. Just so disappointed after 20 years using their services and buying previous phones there.

    I give zero starts, and I would give negative ones if I could. Not costumer service at all. We went there to get help transferring cellular plan to new phone and told us they couldn't help us at all, and looked at us like if we asked a crazy question. After buying all our previous phones there and having our account with them for more than 20 years. Never happened before. Just no customer service at all now. We went to Best Buy and offered to help right away, even without shopping there.

    Management don't care for your issues after their own promises to you. In August we bought a new phone with a deal to get $300 off the original price in a form of credit to the account. We contacted them multiple times, called the loyalty department multiple times, went to store to talk to associates, talked to management. Haven't seen a penny credit on my account so far. They only care to charge you and after you leave the store you are on your own. Horrible customer service. Don't recommend at all.

    I went to the store to add two new lines for our kids and create a family plan. I looked at the AT&T website ahead of time and compared phones and deals. When I got to the store I asked for the iPhone XR and was told that I couldn't get the advertised deal ($1/month) as my husband and I were giving our old phones to our kids and the advertised deal was only on new lines. Then, I asked for the iPhone SE (advertised at $5/month.) I was told the same thing -- the deal wasn't valid and I would pay a few dollars less per month than I would for the iPhone 11. We went with the 11, and the salesman switched out the SIM cards from old phones to new. When I checked email, I found that the protection plan is on the new numbers, because of course the SIM cards have been switched. I now realize that we did add two new lines and where the SIM cards are is completely inconsequential. The salesperson flat-out lied to us to up-sell us and now I have an expensive phone I did not want. At best, this is shady. At worst, it is fraud. As an educator who is relying on my phone for my very livelihood now and struggling to pay bills, I am both saddened and furious. I have been so happy with AT&T in the past, but this has made me want to do anything to switch away from them. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau ASAP. I hope this helps others not be defrauded!

    I tried out the AT&T TV and didn’t like it. The fire sticks I had to purchase were all sold out and had to wait for them to get stocked again on Best Buy. My salesperson in the store was Sean. When I tried to return the TV device I was told that I had to return it within 14 days. That was news to me. I was never told that. I was then told by the manager that I had to call a number to cancel which I did. I was then told that I could throw the TV box away because that’s what they do with them. That didn’t seem right so I called the Loyalty Department and talked to Wendy. She told me that the set has to be returned and talk to the Manager of the store. She is the one who told me to throw the set away. I called AT &T again and was told that since I returned the set, there would not be any fees. I checked my bank account today and $365.00 was taken out. I also received an email stating that I returned the device within the 14 days and everything was in good standing. I then called AT&T again and was told that there is nothing that could be done. I am very mad. I purchased a new phone first of all after switching from Sprint. I was told that my bill for the phone service would be $100.00 lower. The bills I have received so far was more money and all I have is a smart phone and a flip phone that I paid for the flip phone. I told Sean that I wanted unlimited Data on my phone but did not need it on the flip phone. I was also charged a $60.00 Unlimited Started. So, I was charged $60.00 for the Unlimited Starter and then $30.00 each for Unlimited Data for 2 phones too. So we are at $120.00 so far. This is ridiculous. I was nice to give the one star.
