    I received prompt and courteous service when I walked in to upgrade my phone on Nov 7. Unfortunately, and without really realizing it, I was upsold two additional phone lines and two Apple watches that I didn’t need. This was admittedly 80% my fault for not understanding and not asking the right questions. But I put 20% of the fault on the store for what I feel was lack of clarity on their part and an upsell effort by the sales associate.

    I figured out what had happened a few days later and went to return the Apple watches (new in plastic sealed boxes) and cancel the two additional phone lines that I didn’t need or want. The same sales associate said there would be a $55 each restocking fee (even though I said the boxes were unopened). I then decided to try to sell the watches on my own for more than list price less $55 each, but soon learned the secondary market wouldn’t support such a high price.

    I decided to return to the store today and just eat the $55 restocking fees. This time I worked with a wonderful sales associate, Matthew, who was incredibly helpful and let me know the restocking fee wouldn’t apply because the watches were in their original wrapping. It took some effort on his part but the two watches were returned for full refunds and the two additional lines canceled. Matthew moved this transaction from a 1 star experience to 3 stars for me.

    Employees need re trained the white guy with the long hair did not know what he was doing nor was he able to provide information about programs i was interested in. He got a attitude and proceeded to throw my id on the floor. I left and called att customer service they ported my number in within 5 minutes.

    My first contact was by phone to confirm hours and if I could bring my phone to the store. Nick answered the phone he was polite and explained the process confirming I had put in a claim. He said it takes a few hours and they closed at 8pm. When I arrived I was greeted and felt welcome. The AT&T employee immediately got a asurion tech. Liam was also polite and professional. He talked through each step. I would recommend the Waterfront location. They made each step of the way easy for me.
