This location has the poorest customer service!! We have been trying to get an error resolved since October 2021 and haven't been successful. I have called, left messages, spoke to representatives.... including the assistant Mgr, and still don't have resolution to our issue. If you must go to an AT&T store, please go to any location other than this one and save yourself future headaches, and future increase in your monthly bill. - September 13, 2021

I was there because I have a problem with one of the three phones.
There is no internet outside the house. I thought that someone would
help me, maybe I have a bad set up. There were a few young ones and
one older. I don't know what his name was because he had no name tag.
The oldest one did not help. He didn't even check the phone and didn't
see if it's set up well. I don't believe that at & t employs such lazy
people. But now I understand why the service is getting worse and
worse. I was there at around 1 o'clock.

Worst upgrade experience. I went there to upgrade 3 eligible lines and ended up with a 4th line, I didn't want or ask for. I had additional add on services added to my account that I said no I don't want. u have been waiting on a credit for those services for 3 weeks. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with AT&T loyalty and in the store to fix the problems this store created. The manager, Mike, has not been helpful but continues to say it takes 72 hours to update for credits and this is now my 3rd Friday to attempt to have this resolved. AT&T customer service can't help since this was done in the store. I have left 2 messages with his manager and she has yet to return my phone call. My phones I traded in are still not showing up and they were traded in, in February. Yes, I did cancel the 4th line but was told I had to have it for a multi line discount and spent over 2 hours, past closing to fix that. So if you want to have lines added without your knowledge, add-ons added you said no to then this is the place to go. In over 15 years as an AT&T customer, I have never been so frustrated and regretful of continuing my loyalty with AT&T. Why did this go so wrong? Is it because we sign nothing in the store, except for the phone trade-in? You say no to services, just to see them on your next bill and literally call AT&T customer service to say you declined them but they can only remove them going forward or say it takes at least 24 hours to update then it takes 72 hours to update.Response from AT&TApril 10, 2021Hi Denise T..
