    I was there because I have a problem with one of the three phones.
    There is no internet outside the house. I thought that someone would
    help me, maybe I have a bad set up. There were a few young ones and
    one older. I don't know what his name was because he had no name tag.
    The oldest one did not help. He didn't even check the phone and didn't
    see if it's set up well. I don't believe that at & t employs such lazy
    people. But now I understand why the service is getting worse and
    worse. I was there at around 1 o'clock.

    I wos to another location before closing 1507 Lincoln Hwy Levittown PA 19056 It took maybe 15 minutes and the internet problem on my phone disappeared.

    Worst upgrade experience. I went there to upgrade 3 eligible lines and ended up with a 4th line, I didn't want or ask for. I had additional add on services added to my account that I said no I don't want. u have been waiting on a credit for those services for 3 weeks. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with AT&T loyalty and in the store to fix the problems this store created. The manager, Mike, has not been helpful but continues to say it takes 72 hours to update for credits and this is now my 3rd Friday to attempt to have this resolved. AT&T customer service can't help since this was done in the store. I have left 2 messages with his manager and she has yet to return my phone call. My phones I traded in are still not showing up and they were traded in, in February. Yes, I did cancel the 4th line but was told I had to have it for a multi line discount and spent over 2 hours, past closing to fix that. So if you want to have lines added without your knowledge, add-ons added you said no to then this is the place to go. In over 15 years as an AT&T customer, I have never been so frustrated and regretful of continuing my loyalty with AT&T. Why did this go so wrong? Is it because we sign nothing in the store, except for the phone trade-in? You say no to services, just to see them on your next bill and literally call AT&T customer service to say you declined them but they can only remove them going forward or say it takes at least 24 hours to update then it takes 72 hours to update.

    Today we visited this location to purchase a new phone on an existing line. We were helped by two employees Julio and Mike. The customer service at this location is exemplary! They know their products, have answers to all your questions, go above and beyond what we would have expected of them and have you leaving their store feeling like they knew you personally. We will always bring our business to this store based on today’s experience and we suggest you do too!

    First off, my gratitude to the employees that listened to me and addressed my concerns over the past 2 months. I’ve had several issues with many trips to the store and while the information given to me was not always accurate, they were genuinely trying to help. If I was giving them a star rating, it would be 4.

    If I was giving the store manager a rating, it would be a 0 star. I went in with specific concerns noted on the bill. She looked up my account info and told me there was nothing she could do. Which is untrue, because other employees had helped with very similar issues in the past. She looked at the itemization’s on the bill and gave me numbers that were far off than the reality of the situation. The bill is complex, but when I asked her to clarify her statements or provide reasoning behind them, she was unable/unwilling to - making it seem like she could not read the bill properly or just didn’t care that a customer had an issue. I asked her to look at my notes and she would not. Due to her just flat out dismissing/ignoring me and my specific concerns, I grew noticeably frustrated and said this was bulls!!!. Due to that, she asked me to leave (rightfully so) and I said I’d go out, cool off and be back in 5 minutes. I left the copy of the bill with notes on the desk and walked out - saying this is f’n ridiculous on the way out. I walked back in 10 minutes later and asked if she reviewed my notes. She said yes (without looking at me and typing away on her phone). I asked her specific questions about the notes and it was obvious she did not read the notes and/or just was not willing to do anything about it. Other employees had walked up and were trying to help (as they usually would), but the manager kept typing on her phone. I said I had enough and walked out.

    Any time I visit the store, I will be sure to do it when Patricia is not present. My recommendation is you do the same. You will get some bad info and experience some frustration with others... but they seem like they really care about addressing each of your concerns and not flat out dismiss them as Patricia did.

    The rest of the store employees set the standard for care so high, it’s surprising and a shame the store manager could not meet those same standards
