    I went into AT&T Montgomeryville, PA Location where I’ve been going for over 13 years, to purchase a new iPhone 12 Pro Max , before purchasing the new phone the sales Rep told me it wouldn’t be a problem assist me with backing up, and transferring my pictures, and contact information from my old iPhone, so I started the process, and for some reason the old phone wouldn’t backup/ transfer my information, the initial sales rep that was assisting me was getting off work for the day at 4pm, so he passed me onto another sales rep that attempted to assist he instructed me to go to YouTube when I got home to assist me with the backup, transfer, I told him if I couldn’t figure this out, I will come back in with my MacBook for the initial sales rap, or him to walk me through the process since it was a problem at the store, he said no problem just don’t come late, or at the end of the day. Upon my arrival the next day at AT&T I was met with the second sales rep. From yesterday, and a new manager on site for today who explained that they can not assist me with backing up, and transferring my information from old phone to my MacBook or any other device, that I previously purchased from AT&T due to Covid policy , no one at AT&T said anything the day before during the process of buying the new iPhone 12 Pro Max, the manger / rep sales implied I should know that, my reply was, if that was explained to me in the beginning by your initial sales rep. I would not have wasted my time coming back to the store, and I would’ve brought a new Iphone from this AT&T location that didn’t transfer any of my information properly. The reason I am leaving this review is to bring awareness to the next customer about the AT&T guide lines and policies during Covid, it should be the sales rep job to inform the customer before purchasing a new phone, or any product that requires transfers, or backups that this location (Montgomeryville, PA), or any AT&T location will not assist you. I was not made aware until after I purchased the new iPhone, that they would not assist me at this location (Montgomeryvill, PA) with backing up, or transferring of my information from your old Iphone. I guess this AT&T location is just in the business of selling phones, they didn’t care enough to assist me, customer service was horrible, they didn’t care if me as the customer experience was successful. If The initial sales rep should have explained the do’s and don’t clearly due to Covid, I would have made the choice of going to the Apple store to buy my new Iphone where they wold assist with me, Which I will do moving forward, my experience was the worst at Montgomeryville, PA location.

    Moving forward I will buy my iphone from the Apple store, or a another AT&T store. My experience was the worst at this Montgomeryville, PA location.

    I was told lies to switch from Verizon to At and t TV. Came in 8 months ago to talk to someone about lowering my cell phone bill. We currently have 6 lines and been a customer for 20 years. The salesman talked me into the TV package and promised me a 250 $$ gift card, we never got it I have been back to the store several time and keep being told lies about the gift card. I talked to a new manager named Ish he tells me his salesman would not lie to me. And he s good at his job, I told him I would leave at and t and and go to verizon for cell phones and tv. He said he didn't care if I switched carriers. No integrity at all I asked for his boss he said I'm the only boss here. he refused to get me the area manager. Please respond

    Just poor customer service in general starting at the top. So many gripes to write down. Overall experience, JUST BAD.

    - Online Ordering: Waiting 2 days for an email to pick-up. Emailed returned saying Sorry, we ran into a glitch. We ran out of the product and cancelled your order. Please go online and have it delivered.
    - Customer Service over the phone (none): refused to look on my account to review the order. Just kept saying if it says we have 3 online then we have 3.
    - Went into the store and the sales clerk kept trying to justify the email when in reality it was not helpful but rather came off as passive aggressive in nature
    - Clerk circled trade-in value $350 and quoted the value with the manager present and confirmed the phone was working accordingly. Next, he circled $350 and asked me to sign which I did. Taking his verbal statement, I proceeded to my car. Once in my car parked at the door entrance, I notice he gave me $35 refund. When I went to question if it was a mistake, the manager said no that he checked the account and entered the amount at the end. Yet, neither employee told me the amount went from $350 to $35. JUST SHADY.

    In the end, I took the trade-in phone back and left the store. The manager wanted to charge me a $55.00 restocking fee when the phone was still sealed and I just went to my car. That's fine because it's part of the process, but the experiences and dealing with the lack of professionalism from management to employees is evident is clearly evident. I should have gone to gone directly to the AT&T at Montgomeryville Mall or different location. Just bad service and experience all around. DISAPPOINTING.

    After fumbling around online with some difficulty, I finally made it out to the store to get my online phone purchase registered and working. Chelsea assisted me, and possibly even ended her break to do so. She was very pleasant, and made the process super painless. I have always had a great experience in the Montgomeryville (N.Wales) store.
