    Long story short, we brought our phones up to the store for the trade in for the S21s. We were there for well over an hour. We were told our phones qualified no doubt. We were given our new phones, told to take them home, transfer the info to our new phones, and return our old phones within 30 days. Not a problem. We ordered otter boxes and screen protectors for all of the phones. Upon returning the phones, we were then told that are phones did not qualify and we would be responsible for the full price of the two phones! Our phones were never once looked at or inspected the whole time we were there. If we knew they were not eligible, we would have never taken the deal. Instead we were lied to and basically tricked into being charged full price. Why were our phones not inspected before hand? We have tried numerous times to get in touch with a manager at your store. We even went through the loyalty department who guaranteed that we would be getting a phone call from a manager to resolve the situation because it wasn't right at all!! All we have got when we contacted the store was an extremely rude associate name John Michael who kept giving us the run around, and never getting a manager to come to the phone. There is no way we should be charged for these phones. We were told they qualified in store, and were given our new phones. If they did not qualify then that never should have happened. I am completely disgusted at the way we were treated, and I cannot believe that nobody has made any sort of effort to contact us. This is the way you treat your customers?
    Here is an update....I got an email from AT&T for this review, and it said "we want to apologize, and to Go in to see the manager. " Newsflash...your manager at the Wilkes-barre store on Mundy Street finally decided to speak to us and told us there was nothing he would do, and he wouldn't give us the name of the district manager either. He told us it didn't matter who we spoke to, that we were going to be charged for new phones and there was nothing that he would do about it. He was unwilling to even work with us on anything. That man should not be a manager. He clearly doesn't care about his customers at all and doesn't care anything about ripping them off. Thankfully I spoke to a very helpful social media specialist who helped us and resolved the problem completely. She was the reason you still have 4 customers. The manager at that store was completely useless. I wonder how many other customers he had done that to. I won't go back into that store ever again.

    We went up for the s21 deal. We were told our phones were eligible. Not once mind you in the whole time we were there were our phones Inspected by any means. We were given the new phones. Told to take them home transfer the info over, and return our old phones within 30 days. Great, no problem. My boyfriend spoke to someone named John Michael, who Inspected our phones upon returning them then told us we were not eligible and that we would be responsible for the full price of both phones!!! Why was that not done before you told us we were eligible for the deal? It's completely unethical what was done. If our phones were not eligible we should have been told that before hand!! Not after we were told they were and gave us the new phones. Now it's like we were tricked into paying for them. Called and spoke to John Michael several times asking for a manager. The only thing we got was the run around and a bad and sarcastic attitude. Never got a call back from a manager even after calling your loyalty department. Is this how you treat your customers? It's completely disgusting. $1600 is a lot of money. If our phones were not eligible for upgrade we should have been told that up front.

    The last two times we bought new phones at this store they added insurance protection on them. We got an email two days after each purchase thanking us for buying the insurance. We were never asked, and would have never purchased it from the start. This is a deceptive practice, and not legal. We just spoke to ATT main office , and we will call the district manager tomorrow. This store must be held accountable for these deceptive practices.

    Yesterday 1-19-01. The AST Manager Cori call the police on me. Here is my story,
    El viernes 1-15-01fui a que me transfirieran mi telefono, hable con John primera falla,el no transfirio mi telephone bien,sabado 1-16-01, regrese con mi esposo a que le transfirieran su telephone tambien,pero como el es blanco la atencion fue diferente (racismo),no’s dijeron que heramos los siguientes en lista “NO”nos dijeron que esperamos afuera en el carro y que nos llamarian, estaban esperando dos señoras y a ellas las atendieron antes que a nosotros, pues yo vi desde afuera que Cori les indico Los lugares adonde tenían que ir. Y luego las señoras se levantaron y fueron atendidadas. Mi esposo y yo ya teniamos 1/2 hr de estar esperando, Cori salio y dijo sorry pero ellas tienen appt. y ustedes no, asi que sentience que esperar pero no no’s hemos olvidado de ustedes, entonces yo entre otra vez para esperar,Cori y Steve que tambien trabaja, cuando yo iniciaba a centarme para esperar,Cori y Steve me alzaron la voz gritando ya le dijiron que se salga y la llamamos ustedes no puede estar adentro, y yo respodi eso me lo ubietan dicho hayer viernes cuando vine, ( John le pregunte tienes tiempo dijo si (“NO”) mi esposo estava afuera me sali sin discutir today’s las personas que estaban adentro se me quedaron biendo me senti humillada, descriminada. Cuando sali solo me pregunto mi esposo te dijeron que te salieras y yo le conteste que si, para no crear problemas. Despues nos llamaron la persona que nos atendio nuy amable Blanca porsupuesto, igual que mi esposo, service good, quito el case del phone sin hacer complain pero y solo se tardo, 25minutos para transfer todo de in telephone a otro, cuando el viernes John me dijo que yo lo tenia que hacer porque tardava horas en pasar todo. Rasismo y no quererme ayudar y pretextos que me dijo para no hacerlo, si lo hibiera hecho no hubiera regresado el lunes, ni le hubiera dicho nada a Steve de qué me gritó, y Cori no me hubiera dicho que yo era una persona abusiva por aber dicho eso a su representante y después Yo le dije a Cori que yo no esta hablado con ella sino con Steve, Cori se enfureció y me dejo que me saliera de su tienda gritando y yo le respodi que ell no tenía derecho a tratarme así ni de hablarme así tampoco, se levanto y pensé que me hiba a sacar, me dio miedo, y me dijo fuera de mi tienda ahorita mismo gritando otra vez, y le dije no!! No me hable así no tienes derecho!! Luego se fue día adentro y a los 10 minutos llegó la policía, y llamé a mi esposo y le dije que esta pasando, los policías platicaron con migo me preguntaron que paso y por último me dieron la razón a mi, me dijeron regrasa y termina de arreglar tu teléfono y repórtala, no la veas ni tengas contacto con ella Y nunca El Manager se apareció ni hablé con el. Así todo esto paso en inglés. Be carful if you go there. Especially si eres hispano Cori te llama la policía es RACISTA.
    Me siento humillada hubo rarísimo, como persona fui humillada, fue un momento embarazozo para mi que Cori llamara a policía y eso lo comentamos con los policías. Fue una falta de respeto de Cori Asia mi persona. Pues el Manager parece que no hace nada, espero que alguien lea esto y haga algo. Pues me enfermé de los nervios haber por culpa de Cori Berrios.
