    Awful customer service. Employee was sitting on ground when my husband went to purchase phone. He sold my husband a 68 GB PHONE instead of the 128 GB my husband thought he purchased. He added on insurance without asking, and didn’t offer a new SIM card but instead said to just take the 4 year old technology chip out and put it in the new I phone 11. I had issues setting up the phone and was accidentally thrown into account recovery with apple. Meanwhile I needed to exchange the new phone because it wasn’t what my husband thought he purchased. ATT, told us we couldn’t exchange the phone because of my apple issues at the moment but DARELL the manager said he would honor the exchange after my apple issue was all done so the phone could be cleared, and exchanged after the 2 week return policy. Unfortunately the apple issue wasn’t solved until another 3 days past what I and apple thought it would be....,, but after 14 hours on the phone between apple and ATT, a trip to the apple store and paperwork to prove I had to wait until the issue was resolved and the new phone was cleared.... I was told Darrel was on maternity leave(😂) and ATT would not honor returning the brand new 11 iPhone . After all the nonsense and inconvenience I had to go through and 3 weeks not able to use my new phone that was a Christmas present the supervisor told me I could come back and re explain my woeful story to another manager hoping he would have some kind of pity on me and return the useless phone that the incompetent salesman sold my husband. The phone was never returned. I never was offered any other options. Fortunately for me.... a CORPORATE ATT store did give me options. This store gets no stars. It’s appalling of the lack of service, empathy, compassion and incompetency of these people. I’ll be sure to spread the word of your LACK of service.

    I went to the store to upgrade after having a less than stellar experience online in which I cancelled my order. Jaime helped me immediately upon entering and proceeded to make everything so easy so quickly. I was in and out of there with my new iPhone in 15 minutes. I will go there from now on!
