    Rate is based on one employee. Latasha. The male supervisor and Shannon (sales) have helped me and both told me the same thing. Due to me being stuck in the store for 31/2-4 hours bc of their computer issue while purchasing 2 watches that I would be credited the 2 activation fees. Note this was offered to me inconsideration of my time spent here. I was told to call when the bill came out with the charges on it. I’ve spoke to Shannon numerous times this week and was told that the supervisor latasha was new and that she didn’t have the access to do credits yet and that she was contacting her superior to apply the credit to my bill. This is time sensitive considering late payment effects credit scores. When I mentioned this and the fact that I was waiting for the credits to apply before I paid my bill I was told that any late fees would be credited as well. I was told this on Friday and told that they would call me back to let me know when it was done. Never heard from them. Saturday I called and spoke to latasha and she told me that she wasn’t going to credit the account, that the 1st male supervisor and Shannon should have never offered for that to happen! Really???? They shouldn’t have offered??? I spent a ridiculous amount of time in the store due to a issue at&t was experiencing. They offered it and made the customer feel as if they were valued and their time was valued. After speaking to latasha her attitude and lack of willingness to even speak with me about options or steps I needed to take makes me feel as if AT&T doesn’t value me as a customer AT ALL. I pay a extremely high phone bill every single month to be talked to like a IDIOT while calling on a manager for help with a problem. It honestly makes me want to just cancel everything with this company since the head employee is so careless. I asked her if I speak to someone or what I should do and her only response was you need to pay your bill. SMH. You need to do you job and stand behind promises that are offered to customers! I will contact cooperate Monday morning. And whether the credit is applied or not, at&t should take into consideration the nasty attitude of people they hire and pay to manage their stores.

    Great customer service and Alicia was a huge help! I called 2 other stores in the Columbia area and not one answered the phone, but I called your store and Alicia helped me right away. She took care of an issue that happened in another store and kept a Christmas secret when my Daughter came in to have her phone SIM card fixed. Thank you Alicia and we will use this store if needed again because of you!

    Have been helped twice by Garrett, an extremely helpful manager. He assisted with all my questions about wireless and uverse/internet. He is pleasant to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though the store is busy at times, Garrett made sure I was fully helped before I left the store.
