    Awful services I will never go back there. Spend hours on trying to get any issue resolved from something they told me would have been taken care of in 15 mins. Will here it is the next day and my account is still isn’t straight. Never I’ll I come back to this store. Drove 2 1/2 for them just to f up my acct.

    I often go here to pay my bill. Always greeted with hello and can I help you. I pay at the kiosk so don’t need assistance.
    Today I dropped my credit card. They were able to find my account by the name on my card and called me! Within 30 minutes.

    Based on last visit, I received poor customer service. I waited patiently to be approached by one of the staff because the ones on the floor were occupied. Another customer came in after me about 20 minutes later and he went straight to the occupied staff and the staff started helping him knowing I’ve been waiting. This branch is poorly managed and the staff don’t provide good customer service like before. I will not be visiting this branch again. AT&T needs to send someone in to observe this branch periodically. Awful experience.
