If I could give no stars, that’s what this store would get. There were 2 male employees as I entered the store. Neither one spoke to me or asked how they could help. I wanted to buy a iPhone 13 mini. There were few to no phones available. The one man who did finally speak up talked so softly that it was impossible to hear him. Very disappointing experience. Have used AT&T for years. Jessie told us he could not return our phones there because a printer was down so he sent us to haywood rd. The girl at haywood rd called jessi to get clarification and he begins to curse at her. All she was trying to do is get information on the situation. I also heard Jessie cursing at the store manager at haywood as he was trying to get information and Jessie would not even let the man speak. Absolutely horrible service! First off the manager had “other things” to do rather than help us the team member Vanessa was super rude and was giving me an attitude the whole time and trying to brush me off. I asked for the district managers numbers and she said “you can wait 10 mins to get it” and she is not properly wearing her mask according to the cdc guidelines. Absolutely horrible. At no point did they apologize they just kept saying it wasn’t us it was another team. It was ATT!! Just take ownership and try to help! - March 8, 2020

My friend who came to pick up a phone that was ordered. whenever she came to pick up the phone she was treated like a second hand citizen. They treated her so badly and would not talk to me, who by the way is on the account.
