    We added a line to our service in August and have had a billing issue every month since. We specifically asked if our free HBO would stay and were told it would. We were now charged this month for HBO and told there is no way they will honor the promotion we were promised in store and that we already had before simply adding a line. Verizon here we come..

    Went in this RH location today and was turned around before I could barely explain myself. I wanted to get my daughter a new phone (upgrade). I knew exactly what she wanted so I didn’t think it would have been a problem or take long to disconnect the old phone and then connect a new phone. I had just been in 2 weeks prior to get myself a new phone and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. I was in the door before 8pm tonight. I would have been in earlier but I had just gotten off work right down the road on Dave Lyle. However, the guy told me “we close in 3 mins and we don’t have time for that”, but there was other people in the store. I could understand if I didn’t know what I wanted and if it was after closing and the store was empty and the door was locked but it was not and the door was not locked. I also work hands on with customers in customer service as well and this would have gotten me in big trouble at my job. You first of all basically turned me around before knowing exactly what I needed with other customers still being served in the store. I have been to this location many times and never have I ever been treated this way. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years and I very unhappy not to mention how disappointed my daughter is.

    Get a total bill estimate in writing before leaving the store. They will still claim to not be able to give one due to "taxes" but the prices they quote and the actual bill you receive are not even close and they will do absolutely nothing to fix it. We were blatantly lied to about pricing and fees and spent hours on the phone just getting back what we were overcharged and still did not get our monthly bill fixed.

    No communication from sales person, had to ask several question through out purchase process, only to find out more money was required to make sales final. Spent $ to pay off phone, was not told more $ would be needed until the very end. Did not have enough $ to finish sale, so spent over hour and a half waiting for "reversals". Asked for refund on original purchase, now have to wait 3-5 business days for money to be placed back in account. So left store with no phone, out $, and lost 2 hours of my day. Employee nor management did not disclose all prices or company policies up front but argued that they had. Customer care = 0. AT&T customer for 10+ years, multiple states, never had such a negative experience.

    No upfront communication about sales or final cost to costumer. No costumer service or willingness to work with costumers. Store manager offered no solution to resolve financial discrepancy that sales person caused through the lack of communication. Have been AT&T customer for 10+ years, and lived in multiple states. Only store that I know who believes the customer should know every detail about sales and product before entering the store. Will not be back to this location.
