    I stopped by the Rock Hill Store. The door was unlocked and I walked in, unaware that they didn’t open until 11:00. A salesman approached
    me in an aggressive manner and basically shoved me out of the store. I have never been treated in such a dismissive way. As a Disabled Veteran, who has PTSD I find this unacceptable and will never go back to this particular AT&T store.

    UPDATE: I was told it was the store manager, Randy who approached me.

    I left Verizon & switched to AT&T mainly due to the customer service that was 10/10 better than Verizon. The town I live in has only an authorized retailer so occasionally I have to travel to Rock Hill & go to this store. I went last week, because my online nor app are working for months. The authorized retailer stated they could not fix it & to go to a store. I tried to call tech support several times, but they told me I must go into a store. I finally broke down after my plan changed & I could not correct it since I cannot use my online account nor my app & it was going to cost me $49 more per month. I went to this store & had THE WORST experience of my life -- ESPECIALLY with the curbside service. This man asked me what the problem was then went to get a lady. The lady comes back & asked for my card... she thought I only wanted to pay my bill! Well... she looks at the man who is then walking to his brand new Mercedes & they joke around in the parking lot instead of helping me. The man then comes back & has me delete my app (which I have now done over a dozen times) & then has me change my password. Before even knowing if this rectifies the problem, he tells me to have a good day & walks away!! Of course it did not correct the issue, so I got out of my vehicle & went to the tent outside. He pulled back in in his brand new Mercedes & then has someone else attempt to help me while he told them what to do behind the scenes. He had me reset my password a 2nd & then a 3rd time -- of course all unsuccessful as well. Frustrated, I left & have still yet been able to have anyone help me fix the problem. I will NEVER visit this store again & will 110% drive to a different location to conduct all business.

    I had the rudest experience when I came in the store. First when I came in a tall ginger man with a beard looked over and walked as fast as he could over, I was barely in the door and when he came over he says “what do u need help with” and I said with my phone bill I have questions and I would like to pay it off. He says “oh I can’t help u with that”, so I go to walk out because he clearly wanted me in and out as quick as possible and I just got off work to drive all the way there to have face to face interaction because I have questions and he says he can’t help. Then as I’m walking out he goes wait I can give u the number to customer service, now why would I need the number to customer service if I went there to talk face to face? Anyways I got the number and walked out because he clearly didn’t want any more customers to talk to as rude as he was.
