Having been in sales and customer service for over 25 years when you have a solid professional interaction it needs to be recognized. Tonight, Melody helped navigate a complicated 5 phone transfer for me with multiple moving parts ( not helped by the ATT website / shopping cart canceling out the order multiple times ) and exhibited patience, active listening, product knowledge and systems knowledge to make the transaction one of the best in person sales/customer service interaction I've had in quite a while.
