I upgraded my phone was told it would be $2 more a month and signed up for paperless billing to save $30. Now I am being charged an extra $100 a month. I was also charged $63 for an otter box I never purchased. I called customer service after waiting on the line for 2 hours hung up called again and got through in 10 mins. My son and I visited the store to upgrade his phone. We were welcomed by Lisa, the store manager, and we quickly got to work. She did a great job of walking us through his upgrade and she also suggested we take a look at our current phone package. She offered some suggestions on how we could change things to save us money each month which was a surprise.

Probably the best experience I've had with an at&t rep. Had a few hiccups but she didnt loose her cool and got it figured out. So smiley and friendly I hope that I can buy from her again.
